Review Kelseys Original Roadhouse - London

During my visit to Kelsey’s Original Roadhouse, I found the food to be quite impressive. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dishes were prepared skillfully. The menu offered a good variety of options to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone’s palate. The service was attentive, with the staff showing genuine care for our dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made helpful recommendations. However, it’s worth noting that the prices were slightly higher compared to similar establishments. While the quality of the food and service justified the expense to a certain extent, it may not be the most budget-friendly option. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider returning for special occasions or when looking for a slightly more upscale dining experience.

Decided to take a friend and her family for dinner here as it is kid friendly. Service was prompt, and we requested to order a few appetizers immediately to ensure that the kids were not going hungry. This was accommodated with ease. Menu's were not daunting - enough selection, but not overwhelming. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. The spinach dip was creamy. The Chicken bites were really, really tasty. I would definitely suggest these. The Salmon was cooked to perfection, for the time of year, I would have loved to see some asparagus on the plate, but broccoli is always nice. The non-alcoholic cocktails are few but good. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing. There is room for additions in this area. The one appetizer was delayed in coming. We did have to enquire after it, but it was delivered before half the party went home, so no issue. Our server was Matthew. He did a great job. He was attentive and actually went to the kitchen to ask about the potatoes (boxed or fresh cooked) when I inquired. The response was prompt and accurate. The orders came as ordered. Will return. Especially on a weekday with children in tow.

When you make plans to reunite with a few friends after 3-4 years of being a part, you want a place where the service and food are great, with an atmosphere that’s fun to hang out at. This Kelsey’s location was the perfect choice. I wish I could remember the waitresses name, but she was attentive and friendly. Their chicken wings were on point. Tasty and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. My friends all committed to meeting more frequently. This will be the spot!!

The food was okay. The salad wasn’t the greatest but the sandwich was good steak and cheese on a ciabatta. It was really good.

Went there with 5 other people and was seated immediately, likely a rare occasion. The bartender was waiting at both our table and others as well as the bar. While some requests were forgotten, a kind reminder was all they needed and our requests were fulfilled within minutes. I ordered the Cajun chicken fajitas. The chicken was a little dry, but the flavor of everything was great. My husband had the build a burger and was very satisfied with it. Portions were all perfect.

Food was delicious with good portion, the server Mate was so friendly and nice 🙂

First time going here. I ordered the beet and feta cheese salad. I casually mentioned that there was a bit too much dressing on it. Our waitress, Julia, was phenomenal and insisted on getting me a new salad with dressing on the side. Shortly after the new salad arrived, the Manager came by to make sure I was enjoying it! This is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. We definitely will be returning! Thank you 😊

Had dinner & drinks here last weekend, we had a very good experience. Food was great and came out quickly, our server Julia was excellent. Very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

The food was great. We had quite a wait while customers that arrived after us received their food. If you're looking for quiet, this is not the place...its noisy and chaotic during the dinner hours. All in all, we enjoyed our dinner.

33 Matthew is the best server, always so welcoming and helpful when we are choosing our menu items. Tonight we had the mushroom burger and it was amazing! Thanks Kelsey’s for the great atmosphere (bar area), can’t wait to go back.

Had a great time at Kelsey’s on Wonderland. The food was great and the service even better. Thanks to Dillon and team for hosting our crew of 30 heading into this holiday season. Definitely recommend their chicken parm with a Stella on tap.

Came on a Thursday for 1/2 price wings and was served by Jodie. She was very attentive…best service I’ve had in a long time. Very pleasant. Food was out in no time and she refreshed my pop without me asking. Food was great as usual.

Highly recommend asking for Dani, she’s amazing! She never leaves you with an empty glass, always there for whatever you need! Food was excellent, kudos to the kitchen!

Kelsey’s, on Wonderland has great service and great food! Very accommodating for a large group, friendly staff even took time when it was busy to take a group picture. Very clean, highly recommend!!
