The staff were all so wonderful and kind. Especially the young man with brown hair at cash. Will be back next time we are in London.

My friend raved about this place and seriously, I've never had a better sub. I got #9 Club Supreme and it's effing DELICIOUS. The staff were super friendly and gave me coupons for my friend and I! Honestly, this will be your new favourite sub place!!!

While in London, made a stop at this sub place. Was not disappointed. Usually it's hard to decide what to put on my sandwich, this time I went with what was being offered. The chicken club sandwich. So fresh and tasty, would definitely recommend. However, keep in mind that the large sub can easily feed 2 people. I had mine and shared it with my 2 kids.

Great place! They cut the meat as they make the sandwiches, the cheese is good and the employees are bomb! I wish they had a bit of a "loaf" style sub meat to add, and traditional sub sauce, but I know that's not part of their brand. Meat was excellent, large portions.

Had never been until a month or so ago, now I've been 3 times. First up awesome sandwiches that really aren't compatible to normal sub shop quality. Made fresh and you can tell the employees take some pride in their work. Prices are fair considering the quality. Will definitely return.

Stopped in for my free birthday sub this afternoon. As many can attest to, the staff are super friendly with excellent product knowledge and provide great service. Some people find it a pricey sandwich but in my experience if you want a quality experience with top quality ingredients it’s gonna be a little more money.
A “regular” sized sandwich more than satisfies my craving. Definitely check em out for grab and go or even a catering experience.

Never been here before. Son saw a TikTok about there only being 2 in Canada so, we went! We were in London for 2 days and knew this was going to be on our stop. Staff working were exceptional, and patient with us while we figured out the subs and the system. We all ordered giant size… and it was A LOT. Only 2 of us could finish. Everything is made fresh and sliced on the spot for your sandwhich. The taste was amazing. My son even tried the juices on his and loved it.
I will definitely go back when I’m in London. And I’m there for work often!

You have to try it. Doesn't have that wow factor as far as the food is concerned. It isn't cheap. However, all the deli and cheeses are sliced fresh. Undecided whether I would return.

First time here had the giant chicken bacon ranch sub it was good however had no idea it was a hot sub doesn’t state that it is only thing I wasn’t to please with. If I knew I would have went with something else a cold cut sub but good nonetheless.

Excellent subs. The only caveat is their default sub sauce may not be everyone's cup of tea. The roast beef is recommended!

This sub shop is a little different. It’s almost like the fast food version of dinner and a show. The staff constantly engage with the people ordering, make jokes and yell across the restaurant.
The meat and cheese are freshly sliced on a deli slicer and placed directly on your sub. I think this is a nice touch and I am surprised they can do it so quickly.
The default way the subs come is with lettuce, tomato, onion, spices - then they drench it in oil, vinegar and red wine. When they are dousing it on, it looks like you are going to have one big soggy mess - but it really doesn’t turn out that way. They put it on the toppings and it doesn’t really work it’s way down to the bread; I think most of it bounces off and ends up on the cutting board and counter. I’m not sure if the liquid would work it’s way down to the bread and get soggy if you were doing take out.
Overall, it was a good sub and I personally enjoyed the vinegar and wine mix - I was afraid to try it but so glad I did.
