Review Kelseys Original Roadhouse - London

Changing my review from a 2 star to a 5 star. Been to this place to give it another chance. Our waitress was Imogen. She is the one reason I have changed my rating to a 5 star. The service was outstanding. She suggested some good stuff and we did try them and it was the best. Need more people like her friendly and customer centric. The manager Jenny Evans called and ensured things were fine. She was very professional and customer focussed.

Totally loved this place! SPINACH DIP: Blend of cooked spinach, cheese and seasoning. All baked to perfection. It is so hard to find good vegetarian food here but this tasted absolutely amazing😍 PORK RIBS: Half rack of slow cooked pork with Bbq sauce. A must try!

Hit or miss spot . Servers are attentive . Great food . Only problem they dont give you much time in between your appetisers and Main Meal. Dont have pictures for main meal Ordered Chicken parmesan.

Haven't been here in a while, so stopped in for Valentine's Day lunch with my daughter. Service was great as usual and they still have my favorite salad, but now it's $19 .. I mean it was good, but $19 for a lunch salad? 🤷‍♂️ I'm not sure how this place is going to survive. ------------------ Great food, great service.. didn't know they had breakfast options for lunch.. Jan 2018, went here for lunch today, service was fast and friendly, salads are fantastic but $15.99 for a lunch salad, so a little on the pricey side.

Went tonight with my family and had fantastic service from our server Ashley! Food was as expected and service was top notch

I cannot thank the staff enough for such a wonderful experience. We were a large group of 45 and the entire staff team handled our group with ease. They nailed every order and were efficient and friendly while doing so. Food was great, music and atmosphere were wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to revisit this location. For a point of reference we were in and out in 1hr 15min and with a group of about 25 kids plus adults! Impressive without feeling rushed at all. Pre-ordering was a breeze and everyone at the restaurant was so organized. Would absolutely recommend!

I had a celebratory lunch with my Mom this past week and we had Mary as our waitress. Right off the bat Mary connected with us; she was very knowledgeable of the menu and explained to us how fresh their chicken and steak was and just how amazing their cook staff was. Mary offered suggestions on the menu at my request and was very attentive to our drinks throughout our dining experience. Not only were our meals delicious, our waitress went above and beyond; topping our drinks up, checking in on us and making sure we were satisfied with our meals. Mary added her sense of humour and matched my sarcasm which only made my Mom and I enjoy our experience even more. Lastly, Mary kindly asked what brought us to Kelsey's and I told her that I just left my Dr. Appointment where they told me that I was 7 years free of cancer, and my Mom and I chose Kelsey's to celebrate. Mary showed compassion and empathy and validated the importance of celebrating! When we finished our meals, Mary surprised me with a dessert and wrote a note to celebrate 7 years cancer free!!! Thank You Mary❤ and thank you to the kitchen staff for being apart of the surprise dessert. When we are in London, we will gladly support this Kelsey's and will request Mary every time we visit 🥰

I am here weekly. The staff at the bar are absolutely amazing. Friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Like Cheers, they take the time to know their customers. This feels like home. Great job girls!!!!!! Jim

Our server was fantastic ensuring we had everything we needed and checked in regularly. portion sizes are great. Our meal was delivered to our table quickly.

Ally was awesome! Very friendly and very attentive to us. Never felt like we weren’t looked after. Food was awesome. Can not go wrong with Kelsey’s wings and spin dip! Always love this location! Thanks Ally and Kelsey’s!

Super nice restaurant, the one near Oxford. I just eat their hamburger, which is really good and fills your belly. The fries is a plus. My review is more for their hamburgers. However, I think it is expensive. It is around 18 CAD. I just go there when I have gift cards to use. The poutine is not the best as a side so just stick with fries.

He had chicken parmesan with tomato sauce. He let me taste it. mmmm. The chicken was crispy, the cheese lightly browned. The pasta had lots of sauce and was just the right texture. I had the Chicken Alfredo, Sonoma valley and cheese bread lunch trio. The Alfredo was perfect and lots of sauce… not too much parmesan. The salad is great, love the dressing, just sweet and tart perfection. The cheese was melted and lightly golden and toasted crispy. Serving size was generous but not insanely huge. Our waitress, can't remember he name, has been working at this location for decades. She was, as always, amazing. Attentive, fast, accommodating and just the right amount of friendly without being chit-chatty. She's a pro. It has been years since I was here as I moved away. Glad to see it is as good, or better than ever.

Went with some friends and ordered a burger. It was definitely nothing like the picture on the menu. Meat was dry and so small, it was not worth the price and there's was barely any toppings on it. Waitress was nice and the place was cozy and clean. Would be back to try the wings but nothing else ------- Edit ----------- I was contacted by management a while ago and decided to give Kelsey's another try. This time for sure I wasn't going to try their burgers, but I decided to try their famous wings. Let me tell you that they are worth it. Their price for wings is a little bit high, but it was definitely worth it. I tried the honey garlic sauce and it was good and I tried their medium sauce and that one was my favorite. I will definitely come back for more! Management showed an amazing customer service and the place was cozy as always.

The selection and the food is quite good for a chain restaurant. The atmosphere is relax and pleasant. The patio is great and seats quite a few considering its attached to a plaza. The 1 star is for the staff as they can be hit and miss. Sometimes you get the nicest person, sometimes you feel like you're interrupting by coming in.
