Definitely a gem in the town and now my go-to ice cream shop.

If you want unique taste and great quality small batch icecream look no further. This place is phenomenal. Their seasonal flavours are always to die for so make sure you get a pint if you like it. Odds are, it won’t be available for long!

“The best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life”. The texture, the flavours, the consistency, everything about it… definitely recommend! We tried chocolate and vanilla, and London Fog and French Toast Cheesecake (both features) and all were spectacular.

Super creamy and flavourful.
Waited in line on a Saturday afternoon for 2 scoops, salted caramel and maple and pecan cheesecake.
Both were packed with flavours but I preferred the maple and pecan much much more. The salted caramel gets full after a few spoons but I couldn't get enough of the maple and pecan cheesecake. It's not overly sweet and had a great texture.

I don't have the words to tell you properly how good this ice cream is. I got classic strawberry and it was so creamy and strawberry flavoured, I would drive 1.5 hours again just to eat it.
Tubs are available, or you can order fresh scoops in a cup or delicious waffle cone. Clean interior and friendly, helpful staff make the place a must-visit for ice-cream lovers in London.

There's about 10 flavours available so you're sure to find one that you like.
Staff is friendly, and there's few benches outside to sit.

I gave -1 star because the waffle cone is a bit subpar. It tastes powdery and dry? They could ask other ice cre.shops how to make a better waffle cone.

I love Haven's ice cream but I am very sad about the new age limit on the kiddy come. I wish you'd still offer this size to adults perhaps just at a higher cost than you do for children. I used to come at least once a week for a small scoop, but now that I'm forced to get a single scoop I don't like visiting as often 😞. Please reconsider the age limit for small scoops.

This icecream is amazing! Hands down my favourite place to visit when I’m looking for a sugar fix. I LOVE the salted caramel the best, pair that with some chocolate and it hits the spot. So creamy and delicious. Best thing is that they use locally sourced ingredients!! #supportlocal

I love this ice cream shop! They make their own ice cream in-house and have a new monthly seasonal (or is it weekly? I forget) flavour on top of their permanent flavours. They also have a vegan flavour (sooo creamy despite being dairy free) that changes every so often. You can buy pints as well. Super yummy and they have a cute patio. A London gem - coming from a foodie. My personal favs are London fog and coffee flavour.

The ice cream is great and each flavour is worth trying. The coffee ice cream is amazing and usually I don't like coffee flavoured things. The chocolate is among the best I've ever had. The chocolate chunk is great and isn'ts neon green. The chocolate chip cookie dough is also awesome. The salty caramel is very salty and only slightly sweet so it goes well with other flavours but not on its own. The waffle cones are super fresh with a hint of cinnamon. Mmmmmm

Best ice cream I've ever had - hands down. Their vanilla base is creamy and flavourful and you can tell they don't skimp on their ingredients and toppings when making their ice cream. Highly recommend the london fog, coffee, and cookie dough - but if you happen to be there in summer their Ontario strawberry sorbet is AMAZING. Tried it on a double scoop today and had to go back for another scoop afterwards 😊
