It was my first time at this location and I had a great time. Staff was really friendly and accommodating, they made sure that my baby sister had her own high chair and crayons to keep her busy :) food was also great and not too expensive. Our server was very caring and we had a great time!
Really enjoyed our dinner out for my son's 7th Birthday. The food is consistently delicious and we had good service. They are very kid friendly with good menu options, lids on cups, crayons, etc.
The North location has quite a few retro arcade machines like Pac-Man in the bar which are fun to play
We came in on a Saturday evening and it was quite crowded. The waitresses were very polite and attentive and we didn’t feel neglected.

We love this place, and have been to this location many times. I like all the cocktails. It has a good ambience. The staff is friendly and has great customer service. In their Menu, very less options for vegan/ vegetarian. We ordered some appetizers, everything was delicious. Great place to hang out

We absolutely loved our experience at Jacks tonight. George was by far the best server Attentive, always around with refills, photographer, cookies for our girls. George, you deserve a gold medal for putting up with our crazy bunch tonight.

John our server was wonderful. However very disappointed that you no longer have the beer and cheddar soup. My sister and I come her for the soup and chicken fingers all the time. Please bring it back.
