Review Pho Lee - London

The food was fantastic!! Went here for an after work date and the portions were perfect and delicious. (Only complaint is the weed store next door blares music that is heard through the walls of the restaurant)

Not a bad place for pho and other Vietnamese, Thai staples. Their pho broth tasted a bit more bone marrowy which isn't a bad thing. Their own flavour for sure. I loved that they use the smaller sized noodles for their soups and stir frys. Portion to dollar ratio is okay. XL didn't seem like an XL but that's just me. Only thing I didn't really like was their pad thai. It had a more "ketchup" flavour than most places. Not as big as other places either. Overall, not bad Vietnamese-Thai place.

Not many vietnamese restaurants offer XL size for pho but don't be fooled. The XL costs a lot, most expensive bowl of pho I've had, but it is smaller than most of the large size bowls of other places. The taste doesn't justify the pricing either. The sizzling plate was also very expensive. I had a sizzling plate 2 days ago at a premium chinese restaurant that made up for the price with a large portion but again the plate is bit smaller here with an even higher price tag. The food isn't bad but it is a lot more overpriced here than usual. The curry was good

Great food at a reasonable price. How each dish was going to be served (rice separate from the curry, what veggies etc) was clearly explained to us. This is especially great for easily packing any leftovers into separate containers! For dining in, the restaurant is spacious and clean.

Great place to eat! Food is great and delicious. I usually order the Pad Thai because it's great, but I tried the "Rice with beef" (C5.c) this time, and it was delicious too! Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Restaurant decor is nice. We've experienced being served food going bad a few times, so for all those reasons, I'm giving them 4 stars. Despite that, it's still a good place to try.

Great food at reasonable prices and there is something on the menu for everyone! Restaurant is nicely decorated on the inside and the staff are very friendly. I tried the pineapple chicken fried rice and the chicken pad Thai. Both were outstanding and full of flavour! You gotta try this place out!

Ordered three things: the special beef pho, BBQ pork and sugarcane shrimp vermicelli and deep fried chicken wings. Do not buy the chicken wings, not special in anyway. They were made with little care and taste. Vermicelli was good. The pho soup tastes like the instant powder version you can find in Asian supermarkets. Add seafood sauce to the soup.

place is definitly a mom amd pop joint. kinda tough to understand the staff but they have a unique system to making sure ypu order correctly. food is fresh and plentiful.

I love this place. Always great food and service. Never ever been disappointed in my order. Jan 2023 My review still does not change. The consistency is still the same. My sister did order the cream cheese wontons and they were ok. The Special Pho (p1), size small, was great! The cream cheese wontons could of used more cream cheese and minus the mixed vegetables. I do dislike the heavy door when it's windy, or being seated by the door when it's windy. It would be nice to see something implemented there, to have a better, more comfortable dine-in experience.

This is a great little spot. As I search for the most authentic Pho, this is what I remember when I was in Viet Nam. It is delicious with some spice and sweetness. The prices were fair, the service was a little slow but the food made up for it. The staff were very knowledgeable on the gluten free options making suggestions based on their knowledge. I liked the atmosphere and the food. Friendly staff and good service. The price is reasonable for the quality food i am getting. I would go again and recommend it.

We have an amazing experience every time. The pho is delicious - I don't understand these negative reviews about the portion sizes. Every single time we go we always have leftovers and the service is amazing. The owner is a very kind woman and always treats us very well when we come.

This is my go to for Vietnamese cuisine! I took my family for dinner here the other night and had a great experience, as always. The server was attentive and checked up on us to ensure we had everything we needed. My favourite dishes are the pho and bun bo hue. The broth is extremely flavourful and beef is very tender. Spring rolls and deep fried wontons are always a must —they’re perfectly crispy and delicious! I’m here at least once a week because there’s so much variety and everything is definitely worth trying!

I'm sorry to say that I have take my rating down by quite a bit. The food here is great but the service is usually mediocre at best and today was downright bad. The servers who always seem to be new are generally friendly, but they never check in once your food is served. I have attributed this to poor training and not knowing any better, which is excusable. But today, the item i typically order, with a special request to be served in a bowl, was denied. When the food came it was beautiful and ended up being served in a dish that was more bowl than plate, which was good. However, it was dead cold. I tried to eat a couple of bites but just couldn't do it. I have ordered the same dish at this restaurant dozens of times and it has always been hot and delicious. The owner accosted me and stated that if I wanted hot food I should order the soup. That the dish I ordered has cold noodles, that that was what I ordered and was reluctant to take it back. I told her I had been there numerous times and it had always been hot. The second one was hot and perfect. I won't be going back again however as the owner doesn't understand proper service, customer service and clearly doesn't aporeciate my business. Maybe one day she will learn why her business is declining. They also charged us for the tea, which was a first there, although it was only $2.
