Great atmosphere and delicious food and drink! Food is served tapas style with an assortment of selection. The wait staff is friendly and helpful with answering questions.
We went at 9pm and a few items were sold out such as the octopus and bison skirt steak.
We loved the braised beef cheek and duck dumplings — highly recommend! The drinks are hand crafted with care and take a little bit to come out, as well as the food. The roast bone marrow was also fantastic, although one of ours didn’t have much marrow in it, unfortunately. The staff was prompt to try to resolve even though we were just wanting to make them aware of it. We appreciated that :)
Overall, it was an awesome dining experience and we would come back again. We would recommend this place to others.
There is street parking or paid lots around the block. They can accommodate dietary restrictions.

This is hands down one of my favourite restaurants in London and if you haven’t tried it you really need to. Small quaint place with a tapas sharing style menu that changes (some of the staples stay but things come off and on the menu) which is great because you can get a different experience each time you come. The cocktails are incredible, the staff is very creative with their cocktail menu and certain times of the year they have seasonal cocktails which are made by the staff (I believe they have a competition and the winners make the menu!) I have to give a shout out to Jake who I believe is the manager, he is always so friendly, really really knows his cocktails, and definitely knows what customer service should be. Also Olivia the cocktail master at the bar is just a lovely person and creates and makes some of the best cocktails around. We love to sit at the bar and absorb the knowledge from her. If the owners are reading this just know that all the staff and especially Jake and Olivia have always made our visits so memorable. We will be back again soon! Pro tip: if you can have a date night on Tuesday, they have an amazing date night special!

A cozy local restaurant with fresh and unique flavours that can pack the place on a Tuesday night!
Starting with the “Raspberry” oysters with the shallot, pineapple and jalapeño, and homemade oyster sauce is the only way to go.
In appetizers, “Muhammara and flatbread”, the bread was incredibly moist. “Doubles” combo of curry and chutney was entirely sophisticated, in a street kinda presentation. Really amazing.
In small plates, our server recommended “Duck Dumplings”, and she did not disappoint. Not only was it a delicious complexity of flavours, the silky and crispy textures of the dish was a nice surprise!
We also enjoyed the KFC 2.0 (cauliflower) and the “Burrata and Toast” (a little sweet, so recommend enjoying towards the end of your small plates). We did not enjoy the “Spinach and Ricotta Rotolo” though, although the presentation was gorgeous, it was a little bland and did not stand up to the taste and variety of all of the other dishes.
Still an amazing meal and we WILL be back!
Tonight, I treated myself to Hunter & Co. and I ate something that I have to tell you about.
I ordered three dishes, but they brought me their fried chicken first. It was not too sweet, and had just enough heat, delicious breading, and tangy pickles. The flavours came together in a magical way. I just wish the portions were bigger.
Next up was the Squash and Peas. I absolutely enjoyed it, but it was outshined by the other dishes.
Now, I HAVE to tell you about The Best Grilled Cheese Ever! It is Hunter & Co.’s signature dish. This stimulated my taste buds in incredible ways; but “incredible” is an understatement. The grilled cheese consisted of sourdough, pickled pork shoulder, onion jam, and triple cream brie.
And my server, Ally, was a total sweetheart that made this night out even better.
Hunter & Co. is a top-notch restaurant with possibly the best grilled cheese in the country. Pay them a visit and try it yourself!
One of my favourite places to go for small plates and cocktails in London! I’ve been several times and am always impressed by the creativity, quality and flavours. Personal favourites include the Duck Dumplings and Braised Octopus. Pictured below from an earlier menu. The servers are very knowledgeable and great with sharing recommendations.
We had a great dinner here a few weeks ago! Walked in on a weeknight and it was quite busy but they squeezed us in at the bar. Service was prompt and super friendly. Cocktail was delicious. Food was great!
Came alone while visiting London, gorgeous little bar, intimate setting, very friendly staff who made my drink exactly as requested. The recommended specials were great, shrimp tacos and duck dumplings.
The tacos were excellent, paired with a mezcalita made it feel like I was back on the beaches of Mexico despite being in Canada's (admittedly mild this year) winter.
The duck dumplings were delicious, but it was mixed with pork and veggies, and to be honest it was not very exciting. The pork and other spices really stole the show, couldn't tell there was any duck in it.
Will be visiting again next time I'm in town!
If you have a date night, celebration, or just want to try something new and hip with a fresh flavor, I would recommend checking it out!

We chose this restaurant after looking at Google's rating. The atmosphere is very good and the condition of the oysters we ordered was absolutely fresh. The 3 wonderful sauces that come with oysters can only be tried here, so it will be a good experience. The waitress was also lovely and I think she seems to have a high spirit of service.
Duck dumplings and beef that we ordered together also exceeded our expectations. Other posts say that the amount of food is insufficient, but if you feel the high quality of this menu, it is worth paying.
The special cocktail menu for Valentine's Day was also very satisfying. I wonder why this restaurant wasn't chosen for Michelin.
We live in Toronto, so we don't have many chances to visit London, but we're ready to leave without hesitation to visit this restaurant again.
P.S. We gave our server a high tip, so the price was higher than the average person.

One of the best dining experiences we have had! I have to first recognize our incredible server Ally, she went above and beyond for us. Thank you Ally! We started with oysters and loved the different accoutrements (my favourite was the cucumber relish!). We tried the calamari, burratta, bison skirt steak and duck dumplings. Everything was fabulous and beautifully presented. It was exciting to try such a range of different dishes. We also tried a couple different cocktails - my favourite was the Sydney Lou Who. Our night finished with the earl grey crème brûlée for desert - it was so creamy and one of the best I’ve tried. Overall, the atmosphere is wonderful and the food/drinks are the best you will find in London. We can’t wait to return!
