Dined in at this location for dinner. Took a large bowl that was almost enough for two people. The taste was so good with generous amount. Definitely worth the price.
This is my first time visit . After my son’s recommendation. Shawarma box was amazing , specially the small roll was out of the world . I was not happy with the service as we waited more than 25min . They were getting more online order I believe that’s the reason service was slow . I don’t like shawarma bowl as the chicken was less in quantity . Overall experience was good . I would recommend shawarma and onion ring with garlic sauce .
Tried the traditional chicken shawarma wrap and a large bowl. Although I had a lot of hope for the shawarma, it was just okay.
The bowl however was pretty good. The rice was flavourful and sauces went well along with the meats and other topping. Definitely enjoyable.

I just wish they put the cooked meat from the spit onto the shawarma rather than having it sit in a separate container.
This is one of many visits to Shelby’s. First time in London. Easy to choose menu with great images to make it easier to understand what you get.
Rather than lettuce they need to have parsley for a more authentic middle eastern taste however it’s still good. Food is nicely prepared in front of you and they have great packaging.
It’s very hands off as you order with a tablet and the only interaction with staff is when they call your number and you pick up your food. I can’t really assess service as within the limited interaction it was minimal and nothing special although they were polite and friendly.
Atmosphere is nice. Bigger and better parking options compared to the Windsor location
We ordered chicken shawarma wraps falafels salad, pita and hummus along with soft drinks. Overall it’s good and clean.

Once a week at least, my son and I, or both of us eat at Shelby’s. This past Sunday they had a special event where the first 50 people get a free Boutin ( Egyptian Poutine) and 50% of whatever we ordered. The atmosphere was electric with “Shwarma Man” loudly welcoming everyone and admonishing anyone who made the bad decision to ask for ketchup for their food. We have found the food to be very flavourful and a good quantity for the money you pay. The ingredients are fresh and the service always very good. Occasionally the service is slower but that can be attributed to the crowds of people that come here for lunch. We have eaten in and taken out from several Shelby’s locations and find consistency across the board. We have eaten bowls, wraps, salads and rice dishes and loved the flavours. Only one of the Shelby’s that we have been in has seating for more than 20. Most have small tables with chairs or stool for 10 or less, but most of the time we grab and go anyway, so it is all good. Try Shelby’s. You won’t be disappointed.
Was amazing! That’s the first time I have this quality of chicken shawarma AND the bread was fresh, not gummy and you don’t need to put on a fight with it to chew it! We drove for 7hours from Montreal to see what the hype was about! Even my cousin from Sweden begged me to go and take a picture with the owner! 😂 unfortunately he wasn’t there but the roadtrip was totally worth it nonetheless, as I can say with 100% confidence that’s the best chicken shawarma I had so far in Canada! I hope you consider having a branch in MTL. Thank you for the experience!
Was visiting in London and finally got to try Shelby’s it’s was so so good, not dry like other places and the fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside YUM! We need a location in Calgary please! Btw my son is big fan and he always says don’t forget za bebzi 🤣

Went to Rexdale location first and thought of visiting the old location in London. Review remains same, no compromise in quality or quantity. Ordered 2 chicken shawarma wrap, mixed shawarma wrap, and bebsi. The food was amazing, saj was as good as before. Will definitely visit again. The chicken was way better than some well known Mediterranean franchises. The food was filling, and you'll not be disappointed.
Dropped by in London for a quick bite. We had the pleasure to meet the owner/manager who was an absolute gentleman and very accommodating. We ordered the Shawarma poutine and shawarma bowl with rice, which didn't take long to be made. The food tasted amazing with generous portions. Overall the experience was delightful and will definitely will come back again👌
The people who gave reviews of being "disappointed" have low-key bad taste or have too high expectations. So don't take their reviews seriously. The food was delicious to me and a lot of people including my family. Though ofc it isn't THAT high up there due to the hype, it is still good food. Delicious! Around 3.7/5 to 4.5 out of 5. And different people have different expectations so go ahead and try this place! And see for yourself if you like it or not.

We drove from Cambridge to London and the drive was worth it. My brother and I ordered a couple items.
Zaatar Fries, Traditional Shawarma (that was smoked/chared) that enhances all the flavors, Shawarma Burrito (definitely something different and amazing, I was so done. It was filling). Finally, we also ordered shawarma tacos that looked something different on their menu, and I sure wasn’t disappointed at all. All the items that we ordered were fresh and tasty.
The staff was polite and very helpful when it came to suggestions, as it was our first time trying Shelby’s. The guy from the headquarters took out the time and gave us some amazing facts and their brand values & brand focus. The downtown location was the original Shelby’s. The interiors are well tot off and have a street style feeling. I also loved how they had managed to keep self kiosk counters for when it becomes crazy busy to help their staff members.
I loved their product packaging and the best part was all the wraps we had weren’t messy at all. Like no kidding.
Overall I am definitely going to come back.
Great service and great shawarma and great atmosphere 110% would come again
