Very good Indian/Caribbean fusion style of cuisine. If you like spicy food, you will not be disappointed. When they have curry goat on the daily special menu I always get that. The roti wraps are very good as well and reasonably priced. Always a short wait time when I get it for take-out.

Fantastic and flavourful food for a great price! I love the lamb curry and the addition of coleslaw on the side. I wish there was a little more rice to go with the curry but they do not skimp on the meat proportions!

To the woman who claims the older lady is racist towards minorities, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Everyone is welcome here. The owner isn’t nasty, she’s busy so sometimes she’s short. It’s part of the charm. An average review of 4.9 doesn’t happen without earning it. If you don’t like it, don’t come back.

Bahn’s food is awesome! When I worked downtown I would eat at her counter about 3x a week. All made fresh daily by her and her niece. Offerings are rotated daily - see the chalkboard by her beverage fridge. You can’t go wrong. Pictured is a large jerk pork (avail. Saturdays) with beans (I forget the type) and brown rice. Very delicious and nutritious at a great price!

This restaurant serves possibly the best Caribbean/West Indian food in London. The food is fresh, authentic and tastes delicious! I ordered curry chicken and rice and peas and it was sooo good. I will be coming back!

Outstanding!! We loved the food, and the ladies who run the shop. The owner and her niece are lovely people. We had the chicken curry, lentil rice, beans, spicy salsa, and mango lassi. Everything went so nicely together. The owner takes great pride in her food, all homemade right from the masala. You can taste the love that goes into all of the food. Ever since this meal, I have been excited to return. Such a great place tucked into the heart of the farmer's market. Go try them out, and if you already have then go again!

Before finding the New Delhi Deli, I had tried almost every Indian restaurant in London. This is by far the best Indian food I've ever had in this city, and it's not close. Specifically, the flavour and aroma of the food is immaculate. There is nothing fancy about the dishes here, just exceptional taste and quality. Home cooked by someone who is clearly an expert chef and has been cooking amazing food like this for decades. Furthermore, the prices are honestly too low considering the quality of the food.
I make it a priority to support this local business not only because the food is fantastic, but because the staff are so friendly and welcoming. As an example, I had forgotten my debit card and had no cash. The owner told me it was ok and to come back next time and she would charge me then.
I would highly recommend you to try this food if you're near the market, or visiting London.

Bahn makes the BEST food. I go every Saturday. The curry chicken and her potatoes always get me. If you go on Fridays, she has an awesome spicy cabbage side. Always friendly service and amazing value!

The atmosphere at New Delhi Deli in the Market definitely has this warm and welcoming feel. The kind of place one would find great pleasure in simply taking off a jacket and having a seat at the counter. While waiting on my order to be packaged, which Seema took great care in doing, I witnessed customers exchanging greetings with the ladies there like old friends. It was refreshing. The ladies worked effortlessly to deliver quality customer service while maneuvering the changes in the kitchen setup. The food was as delicious as the amazing experience.

Honestly the best Indian-Caribbean fusion in London, Hands down! Everything’s fresh and made with love. Doesn’t used pre packaged spices, She toasts them and grinds them herself. You can really taste the difference in her cooking compared to other restaurants! 100/100

My market Mamma- I eat here several times a week, for years. Bawn creates whole meals from scratch the old fashion way, with time & love in all she does. Her salsa is amazing, jerk chicken with curried pumpkin is my very favourite though I had never had a meal there I didn't love.
