Review Milestones - London

We really enjoyed our meal here. Our hostess Alexis was very friendly. Our server Rachel was awesome, engaging and accommodating. We had the 1989 Burger and the Shrimp Skewer Salad and both were delicious! The only reason I did not give a 5-star review is that they would not accept our Ultimate Dining Gift Card. We were told that the restaurant is under new ownership and the new ownership was no longer accepting those gift cards. Very dissappointing. It was uncomfortable for us and I'm sure just as uncomfortable for our server Rachel to have to explain it to us. Good thing we had other means to pay for our lunch. Otherwise it could have been very embarrassing.

Josh was our server tonight . Absolutely amazing , it was our anniversary, everything was as perfect josh was super friendly, he made our night! . Then Nick brought our dessert at the end of the night and he was super fun to talk to. Definitely recommend this place to anyone celebrating any occasion

Decided to come here after there was a huge wait at a competitor close by. Our waitress was wonderful and made we were well taken care of. I had a small Richard's Red and Sweet Chili Chicken Bites ($17) to start. I had the Waygu Beef Meatloaf ($27) as my main. Both were great. I had an issue with my main. A passing manager was happy to listen to my concern and get it rectified in short order. Overall the experience was good.

Rachel was wonderful, always checking in on us to make sure everything was okay. The Tokyo Negroni was flawless and far superior to most I've tried in London. The meatloaf was brilliantly presented with a side of mushrooms.

WOW, JUST AMAZING, FANTASTIC AND WONDERFUL!!! THE SERVICE, THE FOOD, THE ENERGY, THE ENVIRONMENT WAS JUST EXTRAORDINARY!!! WE WILL RETURN AND RECOMMEND TO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

This was my first time having brunch at milestones and it didn’t disappoint. I will 100% be back! We also really enjoyed their mimosas! I had the avocado toast and all of the flavours combined made this one of the best things I’ve ever tasted! If you like brunch, I highly recommend Milestones!

Nice, well kept restaurant. Good atmosphere. Great staff. The host Juliana was very friendly and was happy to help us. I forget our server's name, but they were also very friendly and answered any questions we had about the menu. Our food was served warm and exactly as ordered. Overall good experience. We will be back again.

Sunday Brunch- Myself and a group of women decided to come in for brunch. We were sat in a nice location and had lots of room to relax during our meal. Upon sitting our wonderful waiter Brennan (I really can't say enough nice things about him!) offered us a mimosa and of course, they were delicious! Brennan took his time and went over the menu and answered all of our questions (7 people) he also asked the group about allergies on more than 1 occasion. This was comforting knowing they would take extra precautions. I requested Brennan to recommend the most savoury dish he recommended "On the Ocean" and it did not disappoint! The serving size was large and generous, with no fear of leaving hungry. Overall our experience was wonderful and I would recommend heading over for brunch. I'd like to thank Brennan and Milestones for their excellent skills in providing hospitality to our group.

I went with a friend to check out the halal menu, we were fasting so we can only eat right after the sunset. The staff were polite and understanding about that but I did not enjoy the basil noodles I got. As well as I found it very strange to launch a halal menu & to try to include us but keep wine tables & alcohol menus on the table. Doesn’t make sense to me Won’t be coming back. Me and my friend were on the same page about that. Also too pricey

Just left your establishment and wow! I've been here before but I don't remember the food being this great! Service was always amazing in the past but tonight, it was just fantastic. Our server kenzie c, was sweet, kind, helpful & over all just seemed to genuinely care about the service she gave. We will definitely be back for not only the fantastic service but also the Amazing food. We had the prime rib & the chicken mushroom dish and we left full & happy. Not a single thing we would change on those plates. Merry Christmas, thank you again kenzie c for the outstanding service.

The food was excellent! We we're seated promptly with drinks shortly after. Rachel was excellent and very cheerful and pleasant! She attended to our requests and orders fantastic! Definitely will be back. Thanks Rachel!

We have the privilege of having the Milestones close by home and have to say that without fail, this restaurant delivers. The staff are warm and accommodating—even knowing us by name—and if ever we have unique needs, they are always met with a smile. In the very rare occasion that something wasn’t absolutely perfect (which IS a rarity) the response is swift and professional. The service of Meg K and Rachel is exemplary—both of these delightful servers are unfailingly polite and professional. We also love being served by Meg B and Joanne…and the managers Tristan and Dennis ensure that the entire operation runs seamlessly. As we say, this restaurant is close to home, but we would undoubtedly drive miles for this kind of experience! Highly recommend for a delicious meal, tantalizing appies, and superb service…

I’ve been frequenting this milestones location for a few years and have nothing but good things to say. I love the ambiance of the glowing bar! The pesto chicken penne is my favourite and I always specifically request to sit in Meg’s section because she does such a phenomenal job every time! Highly recommend!

First time going to Milestones after hearing great things! Did not disappoint! Absolutely outstanding food and service! Our Waitress Kassia was amazing! She was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. The batter on the Calamari and Shrimp was very light and tasty compared to the mouthful of batter at other restaurants. The sauce for both appetizers (Coconut Calamari/Wham Bam Shrimp) were both very tasty. The chicken burger had a variety of flavours that worked very well together. The fish tacos and steak was also quite delicious. The dessert was a nice treat and a new favourite! Ordered the Coconut Calamari, Wham-Bam Shrimp, Caprese Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Baja Fish Tacos, Grilled/Seafood Sirloin and Ganache Torte.

The waiter was very good and obviously took food allergies and medication and food interactions seriously. The supervisor poured our wine and was very personable. The food was great and we had a great experience.

The last time we went to lunch here, the California Salad was very small and the manager took it off the bill. This time we decided to order a bottle of Inniskillin unoaked wine ($5.00 off/bottle on Wednesdays), the calamari and the fish tacos with a side Californian salad. Everything was tasty, fresh and delicious. I must say, this location has the best coconut calamari anywhere.

We have been to 6 Milestones in 5 different cities and never had a bad experience in any aspect of the meal or the service.<br/>Booked here for Valentines Day and the place was packed with many unreserved waiting in line to get in. Very loud with the patrons competing with louder music. There were set menus for the special day but we decided to order off the regular menu, <br/>We started with the Spinach and Artichoke dip with taco chips and it was delicious. I had the double decker Parmesan chicken on vermicelli noodles. Two large batter cooked with chicken breasts stacked and dressed with cooked cherry tomatoes. Delicious and twice as much as I could eat so it was boxed and will taste excellent between ciabalta buns at lunch tomorrow. <br/>Partner had the chicken with penne and gave a thumbs up sign. Would definitely return but maybe not on a busy festive day.

Made reservations for early Valentines day celebrations for Saturday lunch. A very different atmosphere and ambiance than the Richmond Ave location at the Masonville mall. Bright, spacious and airy, easy to access and good parking.<br/><br/>We ordered the Garlic cheese bread as the appetizer and strawberry lemonade for drinks. The garlic cheese bread came with a garlic parmesan dip. Our four mains were:<br/>1. Seafood pasta with salmon, basa, shrimp in a lobster butter sauce, with an assortment of vegetables and vermicelli noodles topped with asiago cheese<br/>2. Miso glazed cod served with jasmine rice with an assortment of vegetables<br/>3. Cajun shrimp creole served with jasmine rice and an assortment of vegetables <br/>4. Sirloin crab and shrimp in a lobster butter sauce served with seasonal vegetables and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.<br/><br/>The food was very tasty, but with a few shortcomings. <br/>•The sirloin strip had a gristle edge, which should have been trimmed off. This made a part of the steak chewy/inedible. Crab was visibly non existent. This is an expensive dish over $30. Though the dish was tasty, not real value for money.<br/>•The cheesy garlic bread has a bit of a weird flavor profile. This was the first time we took leftovers of cheesy garlic bread home, without it disappearing like a magic trick before the meal.<br/><br/>Other than plating aesthetics, the rest of the meal was enjoyed by all. Nothing beats their stacked burgers. I may have to stick to that in the future.<br/><br/>Frendly and helpful staff. Checked with the head chef about nut contamination as we had a nut allergy person dining.<br/><br/>Approximately $165 with tip, for four pax, no alcohol.

I attended a networking event at Milestones Wonderland last night and was blown away by the level of service and the quality of the food and beverages. Both the general manager and the head chef came out to greet each attendee personally, and made us all feel like VIPs. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to host an event, whether it is personal or professional.

Terrible Service! Made reservations for 11 people. Sever came to take our orders. A half an hour passes by when we inquire about our food. We were told due to food restrictions it will take a little longer ( the two who had allergies ordered salad), and the server was going to check how long it will be. 10 minutes later they say that our food is just being plated. After 20 minutes we inquire about or order again. The response we get is that it will only be a couple of minutes.  At this point an hour has almost passed since we sat down. We decide to get up and leave. The manager doesn't show up until the entire party has walked out the front door (even some backing out of their cars to leave), with a bunch of lame excuses why there was a delay. To which 11 hungry and annoyed women start complaining to him about how bad the service is at this restaurant.

Not for the faint of heart. Overall, food and service, score high. However, if you are watching the calories or leaning to heart healthy - use caution. The Prime Rib Hash (a brunch item) weighs in at a hefty 1570 calories. Salad entrees don't shy away from calorie content either.

Only Good Restaurant In London, Ontario. If you are looking for great food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff Milestones is the place to be. I had a wonderful experience both times. I went to two different locations both in London and both were amazing. I will definitely be back to Milestones. Keep up the good work and great food. Thumbs up.

Summer Date Nights = great value. Great service, great food! We ordered the caesar salad, chicken, steak and ice cream. All were wonderful! Like this location more than the Masonville Mall one. Will definitely return!

Great food and amazing service! Our server was Dan F and he was awesome but we were at a lousy table. Another man saw me looking at a recently available 2 person booth and asked if he could help. Turns out he's the manager. He promptly moved us and followed up. He would help clear tables, greet people and keep things running smoothly. At the end of the meal he took my feedback about the menu item I had ordered (surf and turf - I was hoping for a piece of lobster meat but it was shredded meat instead). The manager agreed and appreciated my feedback. Thank you Andrew for your attention to detail!!! Highly recommended location!!!

Great striplion steak. Caesar salad was also great. Finally a steak I enjoy.

This place was way over priced, and the food and service was awful. I will never go back!
