Review Reverie - London

Always a great experience! Great Asian fusion food, cozy and intimate ambience make this restaurant one of a kind! Chef Joe is phenomenal and always around. He takes any feedback seriously and always strives to improve everything. The food is great from flavour to the presentation. Service is friendly and accommodating. Lunchtime offers affordable prices and nonetheless great food. Highly recommend and go back as often as possible

Beautiful, delicious, and special food. Best I’ve had in London in a long time. Amazing staff and hospitality. The chef was so warm and open to chat. Such a small thing, but a little overhaul on some of the decor would go a long way.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere lends itself to an effortless romance accompanied by friendly and professional service that rivals any fine dining establishment I have come across. Reverie is a rare treat for London and Chef Brian’s creations are a must try whether you are visiting or seeking a unique and memorable evening. We will certainly be back and thank you again for everything!

Drive from Toronto to London for birthday long weekend trip, randomly do the research and found this restaurant, so relax environment with wonderful friendly services. The open kitchen and small concept makes us just feel in the warm home style that one chef is cooking for us. The most important, the food are soooo tasty and display in a modern style plates. If I come back London, this will on my list again.

Enjoyed a wonderful tasting menu this evening with a friend. Presentation was beautiful and flavour was amazing! I am vegetarian and they were able to accommodate my dietary needs without sacrificing flavour or beauty of the dishes. Highly recommend!

By far, the best culinary experience in the city! Innovative and exceptional tasting menus, with a la carte option. Lunch and dinner service, wine pairing available. Decadent desserts and pastries are often provided by its sister store just at the other end of the same plaza, Saisha's Patisserie. They are hidden gems for Londoners to find!

What a delicious and delightful experience at Reverie. Loved their new a la carte menu - everything we ordered was absolutely delicious!! My Mom is a retired chef and very difficult to please... This was probably one of the very few places that she had rave reviews on every item. The best place in London for creative fine dining -- it's well worth the $!!!!!

After hearing a friend recommend Reverie for my next culinary adventure, I decided today was the day. They offer traditional Asian cuisine but with a twist. Reverie is a hidden gem that you should know about. First up was the Crispy Fried Chicken. Its appearance had beauty, decorated with edible flowers and gold leaf shavings. The green sauce was fermented bamboo green curry. I also tasted dill. For my other course, I ordered their dumplings. These excited my palette. I tasted creative flavour combinations that made the whole greater than its parts. For example, the peanut satay and the ginger-black vinegar; or the jalapeño and scallions paired with pork. I believe Reverie does have a patio in the warm months. The interior is fresh and clean. And windows allow sunlight to keep the room well-lit. The staff were warm and inviting, and the chef and I joked back and forth. Reverie executes quality dishes with flair and expertise. If you’re looking for original, up-scale Asian food, this is the place for you.

Had such a nice evening here! The menu frequently changes based on the best available produce. Would highly recommend. Their wines are also fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!

Actually there’s no earthly world that can exactly describe how excited and satisfied I was when I came here. Its totally a hidden gem. I passed by this area so many times but just found out abt this restaurant randomly while walking w my sister. I think its more likely an elaborate fusion place. I love the open kitchen and a glass wall. The foods are so good and I rlly enjoy the vibe.

Went for dinner. Had the eight course meal!! Food was amazing!! They had the option of 3 or 5 wines to pair with the meal. They have beautiful wines to compliment the food. Our server explains each dish and was very knowledgeable about the food we were eating. Portion sizes were very generous. I did not take pictures of every course!! This restaurant gives you an enjoyable "culinary experience." The chef came out at the end of the evening to chat. Just an amazing experience from start to finish. We'll done Reverie!! Can't wait to go back!!

This place is our favourite restaurant in London. We’ve been a few times now and have never ever been disappointed. The service is amazing, the staff are all so friendly and the chef is an absolute artist. Chef comes over and talks to each table after our meal to see how everything was, and is incredibly kind and humble considering the quality of food and experience they’re providing. This is the kind of place we want to tell everyone about because we love it so much but want to tell nobody about because we love it so much and love being able to go! We will be back very soon!!

Loved the Reverie. I've got to quote another review because we definitely agreed with this: "atmosphere lends itself to an effortless romance accompanied by friendly and professional service". The kitchen is open to the restaurant so you get the added entertainment of watching the Chef cook! The food was unique and so delicious. Everything from the starters to the desserts. I do wish they had a more structured wine pairing recommendation for each dish, but the wines they offer were delicious regardless. We're going back again this week for their holiday set menu. Can't wait to go back when it's snowing. Their bay window with snow outside is magical.

We were IMPRESSED by the the chef's creativity curated in every single dish. Vy - our waitress was super lovely, so welcoming and we loved talking to her. We had the five-course meal for dinner and the portion was perfect. The combination of familiar ingredients in an unconventional way was amazing. It was like an adventure to me not just a meal. Cozy atmosphere, welcoming staff. Would love to be back and try out there Halloween/Christmas menus!!

Food was great. A hidden gem in London Ont. Very small. Only seats 8, so get your reservation in. Open kitchen. Which I love. Very friendly staff. Chef knows his flavours.

By far one of the best dinning experiences I've ever had, hands down. We enjoyed a fantastic eight course meal with wine pairings that blew us away both in presentation and taste. I have long been a fan of Saisha's patisserie and was delighted to have the opportunity to try their main restaurant, and was not disappointed. The chef here has some amazing talent, and this will definitely be something I recommend to others in the future. I look forward to trying their lunches as well!

Here to celebrate friend’s birthday back in November so this is a long overdue review (sorry had been too busy the past few months!) Obviously the menu shown is for back in November and probably has changed since. Nonetheless, if you choose to eat here, you are probably here for the vibe so what is actually served is not really that important. As you probably know, this is a gem in London, Ontario where you eat multiple small plates. Wine pairing is available and the chef and server are of the quiet type so they won’t interrupt our conversation unless necessary. Great choice for a long overdue get together with friends and/or a fancy date night. Tip: If you have any dietary restrictions or any allergy, just let them know and they will gladly accommodate.
