I was here back for the first time since š¦ . Some very nice updates. I love they have a combo for bowling, escape room, pong and much more. I went cause Thursday is half price wings. We went around 10:30 pm so a bit late. Nice lively atmosphere. Live band there. A bit too loud to have a conversation when they were playing, but novel atmosphere with a live band. Food was decent. The wings were big but not the best flavour. The Mac and cheese balls were deadly. The service was excellent despite loud music playing. I may visit sooner this next time around !

My experience at Palasad Socialbowl was thoroughly enjoyable. It's a fantastic, budget-friendly destination for socializing with friends. One notable aspect is the convenience of ample and complimentary parking, which is always a welcome sight in any outing.
While the menu does offer a vegetarian option, it would be even more inclusive if they incorporated halal meat choices. This would certainly cater to a wider audience and make it easier for everyone to find something they enjoy. I've noticed that some of my friends have opted out of visiting Palasad due to this limitation, and it would be wonderful if this could be addressed in the future.
One thing to keep in mind is that during live band performances, the volume level can become quite high. This may be a bit overwhelming for individuals who are sensitive to loud sounds, so it's worth considering this if you plan to attend during live events.
Despite these minor considerations, the service was top-notch, and the affordability of Palasad Socialbowl is a definite highlight. It's an excellent place to have a great time with friends without breaking the bank.
This place is worth your time to check out! Whether you're going on a date night, you got kids or Just feel like having some fun it's worth your time to go look at. there's bowling, ping pong, pool tables, an arcade, and you can eat your supper there for the night! I had the time of my life on my date night here! I highly suggest you check it out and I can guarantee you won't be disappointed! The staff there are amazing and treat you like you're part of their family!
Such a marvellous venue! With a terrific atmosphere and great shareable foods, this is great for celebrating birthdays with friends. Definitely coming here again!
I coordinated a corporate event at Paladad SocialBowl in Oct 2023. The experience was 11/10 from initial inquiry all the way through to settling up. We had a group of 20 people, we were able to book a private room with buffet food, we also bowled during our visit. Everything was A+ but what stood out most was the attentive, warm, and overall fantastic service. The team as so accommodating and checked in often. The food was tasty and good for parties, the drink menu was surprisingly expansive (I expected more pub style drinks but the cocktails were fancy and delish). Our group had a ton of fun! Best place to hang out with friends & family for weekend get together & birthday parties.. fun filled and good indoor place for kids as well as adults.. This place is pretty organized and the service is too good.. we loved the food & drinks.. this has become our favorite hang out spot especially during cold winters.. Youth will definitely love this place.. We loved the pizzas along with our drinks.. Will surely recommend this place for those looking out for nice indoor arcade & bowling places..
The place is pretty nice! Great place to hang out with friends, family or to go for a date! They have arcades, billiards, bowling, live music, bar, restaurant, and an escape room! The only thing is they do not take reservations and we had to wait for an hour. (On a saturday btw)
We've become regular patron as of late and I'm very impressed overall with the pleasantness of the staff and the quality of the food. I take my daughter bowling a few times a week and we have never had a bad or mediocre experience. The atmosphere is very chill and the staff are laid back and super friendly. Keep up the good work guys. The nachos are exceptional and the secret may be the chips themselves. The lighting did something funky with my camera but I kinda like it.
I come here every Wednesday with my friends half price pizza, its a good place. Also Boon always served us what amazing guy he will go out of heās way to help you!
The people are great, rocking bar. Fun space. Great place to see a band.

I went with my son and 3 of his friends, it was his birthday. They bowl, the length of time allowed was fitting.
I ordered pizza, I was trying to decide whether to get 1 large pizza or the kids meal. I went with the kids meal cause it allowed them to have more slices plus a drink and dessert. They were also each given a surprise which was an arcade card, I did not tell our server that it was his birthday. So I was thankful for that cause it saved me money. For myself, I got a caesar salad with chicken, that salad was so delicious š.
The place was not crowded and service was timely. The music selection and temperature inside was right. The area was clean.
The only thing I would say could be improved is the size of the drinks that come with the kids meal. It really was not adequate for tweens. The server did suggest getting a pitcher of soda. It is a nice place to visit for clean, family fun.
Manager Sam is absolutely amazing. We come here every Wednesday for the half price pizza and wine, and every Wednesday he is there ensuring everything is running smoothly. Iāve always seen him with a smile on his face, even when they are insanely busy and the place is packed. He makes a point to stop by and say hello which is always very kind. Service here is fantastic and the food is groovy. So glad we made this our Wednesday date night spot
I went at a time when its not busy and had a great time. It was safe and clean and the food was awesome and the service was good. I dont know what competitors charge but i felt the prices were fair. They earned my loyalty today so i will be back.
An overall 5 āļø experience. This place is lit. One can either come here in a group or just as a couple like I did. Either ways it is a perfect place to be at. We came here for pool and it was a lovely experience. Perfect place for a fun evening/night. The servers are lovely too. Definitely gonna visit here frequently.
food is great and 9 times out of 10 its a decent spot however last time i went was mediocre at best due to being sent to a non existant pool table and they wouldnt turn the oberhead lights on the table and the live music was loud as hell however nachos are good and most of the time its a good time.

I am so impressed with how they took care of us for a birthday party through every step of the process.
My initial contact was with Ruth who coordinates events. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. She thoroughly explained all of my groupās options, facilitated some special requests, and simply has one of the best attitudeās of anyone Iāve dealt with in a long time.
The evening of the party, we arrived 30 minutes after all the other guests (it was a surprise party). They had sanctioned off our own private area in the back with a current pulled across to prevent the birthday girl from seeing anyone when we arrived. Upon pulling the curtain back, our group was poised and ready to yell āSURPRISE!ā amidst a backdrop of beautiful decorations and a great selection of food and drinks.
Almost immediately after the initial surprise, our server for the night Nolan came and introduced himself. The Palasad is lucky to have Nolan on their team! He took great care of us the entirety of the evening. We never wanted for anything because of his near preternatural instincts with regard to our needs.
Like Ruth, Nolan also had a fantastic and genuine attitude from start to finish. You can tell the difference between people who are putting on a good face, and those who genuinely seek to provide a great experience for those they serve. In this instance it was clearly the latter.
Everything was on point through the evening. The food and drinks were fantastic. The entertainment was equally great. The staff are truly exceptional.
Iāve enjoyed this venue for years but this was the first time I had booked an event and I can say with certainty that I will absolutely be doing so again!
Thank you to the entire team for making a special womanās birthday extra memorable! Canāt wait to visit again!
It's a bit hard to review because the experience is determined by the objective. If the reason for visiting is bowling and table tennis Palasad gets 5 ā. On the other hand if dining is one of the reasons for visiting then it is 2 ā. The food was a little over done and not as flavourful as I would have liked.
Great for family activity and group outing.
Take away is go for the fun of bowling and table tennis as well as the game arcade but not for the food taste.
Our family was visiting London this past weekend. Upon a recommendation, we stopped by there last Sunday, Aug. 20, for lunch. The kids played in the arcade while waiting for the food, then we played bowling after lunch. I left a 5-star review already, but didn't have time to write down any comments. Now that I have time, I just want to point out that our server (sorry, didn't catch his name) was very phenomenal. He's very attentive to our needs, very friendly & very accommodating. After we left, I felt so bad when I realized that I did not leave him enough gratuity to show him our appreciation. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to visit this place again, & if we see this gentlemen, I will try to even up with him. Thank you so much, Palasad, for a very wonderful & memorable impression you left with us.
Pizza is amazing, escape rooms are fun, thoroughly enjoyed our staff party there. Also Morgan is a fantastic bar tender and would never break the rules no matter how hard my Co workers and I tried.
