Review Crabby Joe's Tap & Grill - London

Came here with my 12 yr old daughter and 6 month old son, we had a stroller, as we were staying next door at the BW, and the host sat us in a perfect spot to fit us with the stroller, and it wasnt in the way at all, the 3 of us sat perfectly at one table. The service was fast, food was great. Being a chef myself, only thing was the portion size of the fries was a bit small, it was like my daughter got half a potato for fries which was not consistent with my portion, we both had adult dinners and I just simply ask the waitress if it was possible to get my daughter a little more fries as she seen the portion size of hers compared to mine, mind you it wasn't our waitress who brought our food out, it was a different lady. Anyways. Our waitress went and got more fries for my daughter at no charge, which literally took her 1 minute to go and grab for her, that was really great of her to notice as well. I got a hamburger dinner which was on point, super delicious OMG with a pint. My daughter had chicken fingers, my son had mashed spuds, which he loved. Lovely place, great staff, good cooks, great food. Also the night before we walked over to get my daughter ice cream for take out. The host that night was a gentleman, he went and completed our ice cream order for my daughter in no time, for us to take back to our hotel. I would highly recommend dining here!

They have a triple combo now. $25 for salad, steak or pasta, and dessert. The steak was done very well. Super yummy! The dessert was too! Too much dressing on my salad, for my liking. Decent atmosphere. Parking can be a challenge if it's busy. Also seems a but tricky for those with mobility issues.

Half price appetizers after 9PM are great! Our waitress was very nice and the food was great too. Clean bathrooms. Zero complaints.

Meagan our server was amazing. Service with a smile all boxes checked. Two of us had the Teaxas burger with fries and my other friend had the clubhouse. Unfortunately, we were all in consensus burgers were not great at all and the clubhouse was the big test, and it was not great as well. The fries were just okay. Perhaps we will try another location in the future. The service and atmosphere were great though.

My family, friends and I had an amazing experience at crabby Joe’s last Saturday. We were there celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Food, drinks and service were very good. We could enjoy a lot our time there, and for sure we’ll be back very soon.

Crabby Joe's Bar and Grill exceeded my expectations and provided an outstanding dining experience. The food is exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options. The cozy ambiance creates a relaxed and enjoyable evening, perfect for casual meals with friends or cozy dinner dates. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about providing excellent service. Crabby Joe's creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels at home.

Great bar food and great service!! Despite being very busy, the hostess seated us right away and our waitress was super friendly. My sister and I got the prosciutto and honey flatbread to share and the chicken Mediterranean salad as a main, which was very filling.

Went with a group of coworkers for a dinner and drinks gathering.. There were 9 of us. Service was adequate. Initially told our server would be with us shortly, but that didn't happen. Then the server returned to say she didn't know where our server was and that she would be our server. Ok, no biggie. Second service comment would be to circle the tables a bit more often. I had the Penne Rustica and added the shrimp. It was quite delicious and nice roasted garlic flavour as well. Shrimp could have been bigger. Overall it was a very tasty and filling dish. Atmosphere was good. About half of us or more felt it was too warm where we were sitting. Overall atmosphere was nice though... Even though there were several 7+ person tables, it didn't sound loud at all.

Attended this location to celebrate our nieces boyfriends birthday. The enthusiasm and number of staff singing to him was awesome! Overall a great experience. If there was anything we didn't care for, it was a little long for our food to come and it came one plate at a time. Still trying to figure out though how a penne noodle ended up in a fajita dish also hmm. Aside from that, food was good tasting!

The staff at Crabby Joe's on Willington Road truly knows how to make their guests feel valued. The servers were attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions had. Despite the restaurant being bustling with activity, the staff managed to offer prompt service without compromising on quality.

My friend and I were seated in a booth on the bar side. We ordered our drinks and then our appetizers and meal. The appetizers came out and we had no plates or cutlery, when our waitress finally rushed by us I asked if we could get a table setting. Almost 5 minutes passed and she finally brought us plates and cutlery then our food came out. Our waitress only came to check on us when I asked another waitress to find ours. It was another 5 minutes before she came to our table. The service was horrible.

I have been to crabby joes but the one downtown is horrible. The food isn't very good the servers there are very rude especially a girl with white blonde hair that works there. I would definitely rather go to Alehouse where everything is homemade! Very disappointed in the service there and food quality.

I like Crabby Joe's. And I like this place. And today's meal was excellent and quickly served. Very friendly and occasionally the owner inconspicuously will come around and ask how everything is and remove empty dishes.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate our teams win! It was a nice place but it was very expensive food. The place needs more space and needs to be more economical.

Good lunch today. Love wing day and the wife gets chicken fingers. They make a spicy dill pickle. So good. Not busy around lunch. Friendly bar tender.

Worst. This has to be the worst restaurant .if I can call it that..<br/><br/>Cold frozen food sent back and came back even worse..<br/><br/>Save your money and go else where..

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A RESTAURANT!!!!. Sat there with menus for 30mins and no one came to take our order or even ask us if we wanted anything to drink! The waiter served the table next to us and looked over 3 times and didn't say a word!! Finally frusterated and hungry we got up and left and 6 employees stood there and stared and again didn't say a word!! You see a table with menus and no drinks, clearly they haven't been served yet!!! Absolutely terrible!!!

Rude server. Hostess was nice. our server, Allison, not so much. didn't seem very happy and I got a very badly mixed martini. I work in a restaurant so I know she was not being a good server at all--didn't even ask us if we wanted separate bills, and when we told her, she said "well you could've told me that". next time we come, we will be sure not to get her

Pretty good. You're going to crabby joes, not the keg. so if you go in there with that idea, you should be fine : )

Absolutely horrible service! When it comes to restaurants I am extremely generous, as I am a server myself and know people make a living off it, but can honestly say I have never in my life experienced such horrible service! Say down with 3 other people and waited almost 20 min before having to tell a hostess twice no one has came to our table. Finally a manager walked by so we let her know, then waited another 10 min! After our long wait, the food arrived and was extremely cold. We told our server and she didn't do anything about it so asked to speak to a manager who we has to argue with for almost 15 min to even make us another entre that wasn't cold! I was disgusted by how rude our server was, let alone the manager! We will definitely not be going back there , but I do hope they realize that is not the way you act in the restaurant industry ! Below mediocre service, drinks are are 3.50 each and overpriced food. They feed you their brand, not their food.

Excellent Food and Service. I am not quite sure why the others had such a poor experience. I visited. This location and had wonderful service. We were greeted promptly and our hostess and server were both very friendly. The food came to our table quickly and was hot and very tasty. <br/><br/>I would recommed you give it a try.

Horrible service!. I went with my family. I got peppercorns on my steak fajita by accident (kitchen staff's accident). I had them re-do it without the pepperconrs, and sat there waiting while my family ate. My food was ready finally when my family was done eating, so I had to take my food home to go.<br/><br/>I didn't get an apology, I only got an arm around my shoulder from a creepy man (manager). I had to pay full price for my bill.

Brutal. The absolute worst service Ive ever had at a crabbys.

Was served so bad never going again
