The most amazing food. I'm from Ireland and I know my fish and chips and this was amazing, we had the Halibut, so fresh and tender with just the right amount of batter.
great fresh cut fries. BUT the icing on the cake was my son who is lactose intolerant could eat everything we ordered. Batter dairy free, coleslaw dairy free and the tartar sauce as well. Because they make it all themselves. They took the time to answer all our questions and the lady who owns it has a degree in Micro biology and her knowledge is great. We will be returning customers for as long as they are there.

The fish and chips were super good and everyone was very friendly! No room to eat in the restaurant so would need to be takeout. I also recommend ordering ahead as it takes about 25 minutes to cook everything. I had a 10 minute drive home and the food was still hot and crispy when I got back.
I was visiting from out of town and stumbles across Kipps Lane Fish and Chips.
This is probably the best fish and chips I’ve had! The batter on the fish was perfect and fried to perfection without being too greasy! I definitely reccomend!

Best fish and chips in london! Bit of a wait during the dinner rush, recommend calling your order in for pick up. When you order in person they bring the food right out to your car so you can wait in relative comfort. Wish they had some indoor tables but grabbing it to take home works too and well worth the wait! And they're on skip the dishes 👌
Hands down, this local, family-owned business is the best fish & chips place in London. Not only is the fish scrumptious, but so is the homemade tartar sauce, coleslaw, and Greek pasta salad (thanks for the free sampling, btw). I know I will never buy this meal anywhere else.
Drove 48 minutes to give Kipps a try. Drove 48 minutes home and put meal in air fryer to heat up. Got 2 piece Haddock and chips yum yum yum was worth the drive, huge pieces 1 would have been enough. Would have given 5 stars but my coleslaw was missing.
Great place for fish and chips. First time visit but greeted with friendly staff. Everything freshly cooked when ordered. Definitely recommend!

Ordered the haddock fish and chips. The fish was very good and a good sized 5oz portion (definitely could not eat a second piece); tasty batter and fresh fish! The fries were also good. I liked the size and shape, and was impressed how the fries were not even remotely greasy. The tartar sauce was homemade and very good as well. Out of personal preference, my only feedback would be to have the fries with skin-on, be a little more crispy, and have more salt. Other reviews said long wait times but my food took 15-20 minutes from order during an off-peak time. Also, the price was competitive and fair.
There was also Shaw's ice cream for sale by the scoop and baked good from Remark.
Definitely will be coming here again and I recommend everyone try the food here.
