Never a bad soup, lots of variety, prices are good, ability to sample is amazing and the staff are great. Even at the busy lunch hour I find the line moves very fast. No complaints.

I come here when I can. Great shop, good soup and lots of variety of choices. I had the pumpkin Thai soup today. This will be a perfect for the upcoming winter.

Piping kettle is my number 1 to go soup place or after a hangover, they have w reward program and its great. Its hard to dine in with a group of people unless you don't mind the markets noises.

It is a good experience with their lunch deal of the sandwich around 10 centimetres long and a 100 gram small soup with it. You get a decent portion and cost of the sandwich with the soup. I don’t go to downtown London, Ontario often as it is not my “To go to” area. I support local businesses at Covenant Market. The people work hard and they deserve it. I appreciate the food! Thank you!

Great place to get soup, Staff is friendly and the soup is amazing. I would say the only drawback for this place is that the parking can get busy at times.

The food was great! I love their soup and the sandwich was delicious. I got the soup and the sandwich combo that was a special and it was just the right amount of portion to fill me up. I’ll definitely come back again.

GOOD SOUP. When I worked downtown I went here everyday! They only offer at most 3 vegan options a day but I was always pleased with whatever I got. Super flavourful and I just love soup. The prices are a little high but always always worth it. I brought a mason jar instead of using a wasteful cup and they were always cool with it. Sometimes they even charged me less for bringing my own reusable jar. They offer sandwiches as well. They also have 2 other locations in London (Commissioners and Huron) and if you come in after 9 the soups are half-off. Best soup in the city!

A great place to get a bowl of soup. Lots of delicious choices, and they are happy to give you little samples to help you decide. Pretty reasonable prices, and friendly, heplful and knowledgeable servers. It is not a restaurant exactly, you buy the soup here and it in the well lit common eating area in the market. Many choices of delicious soup, and they are happy to let you sample until you find the one that is right for you in that moment. Friendly staff, and great soup options. All fairly reasonably priced.

It is a very good soup place, they do make vegetarian soups such as broccoli cheddar, dill pickle cheddar etc. There is close to 6 - 10 soup options, so there is at least one soup that will be suitable for anyone. There is a soup and sandwich combo option with different portion sizes. There are 5 salad options as well. Thier food feels fresh, a place that provides quality food for your money. They are open till 9 pm , so you can grab a quick and healthy dinner.

I love the menu that changes daily! It really helps that you can try the soup before you make a decision. My favourite is the chicken noodle and the tomato basil. They always have a good variety as well as vegan/vegetarian and gluten free choices! The staff is SO friendly and fast. You never have to wait very long and they are always happy and smiling.

FAVORITE. Fresh ingredients & an abundance of delicious soups to choose from. For a 'Diva on a Dime' this place will satisfy both your wallet as well as your taste buds! When I need a 'pick-me-up' during the work day, I find myself at the 'Piping Kettle'. A small soup and sandwich will cost you no more than 7$ and it is a satisfying amount of food. I love this place & totally recommend.

Soups are amazing! Homemade quality, hearty, and well priced too. Sandwiches are good too; produce is fresh, great balance of toppings. Probably the best place to grab lunch downtown if you want real food at a decent price.

Amazing! Honestly one of the best soups I've ever had! I rushed through the market looking for a really small soup not specifically any kind but they had my favourite and a really common chicken noodle soup. Is was around $2 for a side cup and it was well worth the money!

Their soups are amazing. The sandwiches are usually good, depending on how generous the staff is with toppings/sauces.

This place is always busy during lunch. Sometimes I beat the crowd, sometimes I don't but the staff here are always friendly and fast. They have a long list of soups that they rotate out every day or so, although some such as chicken noodle soup are staples that are available everyday. I've tried a half dozen at least since moving to London and all of them have been wonderfully delicious.
