Review Chop Steakhouse & Bar - London

Arrived at noon, greeted immediately and was seated in the private dining area. It was nice that we were able to choose where we’d like. The dining lounge was surrounded by windows, had textured walls, low lighting, good tunes and had very comfortable seats! We ordered two coffees, which were delicious, steak bites as a starter and two avocado bowls with chicken! The steak bites were cooked to perfection and tasted great - the sauces that came with these were such a bonus. Highly recommended. The bowls were loaded, balanced in flavours and super filling. You can choose between chicken and shrimp but next time, I’d request steak in the bowl! - highly recommended. Service was excellent and the vibe of the area was so comforting that you don’t notice how long you are waiting for your food - it wasn’t a concern. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because the room was beautiful but it had a bit of a disorganized feel, if a party had just happened - tables and chairs moved out of places, balloon clusters on the floor and other things that seemed out of place. The lounge was also quite crowded with tables and chairs and even the waitress struggled to move between tables. This did not disrupt the experience, only an observation :) Highly recommended for your next lunch date!

Food was great. Excellent quality. Service was nothing special. I’ve had better service a many Boston Pizzas. They did recognize our anniversary celebration. It is Christmas time but they put minimal effort in to Christmas decorations. The Smoked Rib Eye was good though I’m not so likely to have it again.

Our waitress Meghan provided exceptional service. She did a great job at making sure we had an enjoyable time. Haven’t had service like this in a long time. Our meals was great. The ribs was very tasteful. Will visit again on my next trip to London.

We went to Chop to celebrate my birthday last week. Madison was our server and gave us exceptional service. The staff exceeded my expectations for a birthday dinner; the food was delicious and cooked perfectly to our requests, the vibe of the venue was great, facilitates were clean, and we got free dessert and free appetizers for our next visit with a cute card. Definitely recommend and definitely will return! Thanks so much, Madison!

We were on our way to a concert and wanted some thing different that we couldn’t anywhere else! We’d never heard of Chop Steakhouse and decided to give it a shot. Absolutely delicious. The food was amazing and the service was very good. Our server Taylor was extremely caring, even though she was busy. She offered us a new guest appetizer. We will definitely be back and I should mention that - Pink Lemonade drink is easily my new favourite!

In the mood for a steak, I made my way over to Chop Steakhouse & Bar. For my starter, I picked the Fall Salad. It had pickled golden beets, roasted squash, candied pumpkin seeds, and goat cheese. I followed that up with another appetizer: the Wild Mushroom & Goat Cheese Dip, which came with garlic and honey crostini. I could really taste the honey but was surprised by a kick of citrus. I had their ribeye with blue cheese and Yukon gold mashed potatoes. The steak was crispy on the outside and pink and tender on the inside. But the mashed potatoes were spot on, fully satisfying my fix. Hearing about their raspberry cheesecake, I couldn’t help myself. It was covered in a sweet raspberry sauce. The place is stunning. I grooved to its jazzy vibe, and it has a grand wine rack. The bar is situated in the center of the room, surrounded by booths. And a big thank you to Milo, the coolest server they have! 🤙 Chop is not the most affordable but you GET what you pay for. They are unmatched in classic steak dishes and are committed to the art of fine dining.

Came here today to try their Londonlicious lunch menu and they did not disappoint! We got the Chop Burger and Nashville Chicken sandwich, both of which were extremely delicious. Our server, Yulissa, was fantastic. I would give her more than 5 stars if that was an option.

Olivia was a sweetheart, very helpful and friendly! She was on top of everything. Beautiful atmosphere. Serving sizes fair. We were all full and even took home some leftovers. The creme brûlée was divine! (Pictured is top sirloin steak with red crab, Yukon mashed potatoes and veg.)

The food and service was AMAZING! Sofia our server was the best and made the food sound so delicious that we ordered the things she suggested! The steak was done to perfection and I will definately be going back!! I celebrated my birthday there and tried the creme brulee, it was so good! Thanks Chop!

Visited Chop London on September 27th around 7 pm, it was quite busy, but we were able to get a table in the dining room!! Very nice vibes there, no complaint there, and our server Taylor was great! She's super kind, engaged and very personable. She made my experience seamless. The FOH manager also came to our table and introduced himself, which made me feel cared about. We definitely will be visiting again, great job chop, a great way to make the customer happy.

The Chop Experience is second to none!!! The staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make your dining experience unlike any other! This is our restaurant!!! Andrew, Milo, Megan, Krystal....they are like friends when we come!! The food is amazing and the service will blow your socks off ❤ THIS is why we keep coming back!!

Consistent quality of food and service. Steak and fries were perfectly cooked. Happy hour specials from 3-6pm were great and mule cocktails were fantastic. Service was friendly and welcoming. Thanks Chop for a great visit!

Chop London is the best! The food is always great and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend Milo or Meg for your dining experience. Both very knowledgeable and friendly. Assistant manager Andrew really knows his way around the wine list and always ensures guest satisfaction. Kudos to GM Mike and his amazing team, keep up the good work! Can't wait til my next meal at Chop London!

I celebrated my birthday here at Chop and now that it’s his birthday, I have the opportunity to treat my husband a good steak in town. Exceptional service, cool ambiance, great menu, just loved it! We had a great time.

My boyfriend and I went on a date night at this location….. Food was great, atmosphere on point and our waitress Marwa gave great service. We got our drinks and food in a timely fashion, she was quick to ask if we needed anything else. Highly recommend😊

Everything was top shelf! Went for dinner and both of us had exactly what we wanted exactly the way we wanted (Prime Rib & Steak & Lobster). While the food was exceptional; the staff were a significant contributing factor in our experience. Mike the General Manager welcomed us and checked in to ensure everything was ideal throughout our meal. Milan our Server knew the menu inside and out and took a genuine interest in us having a great experience. Both staff should be recognized for their attention to detail and eagerness to provide diners with an amazing experience. Much thanks to the team!

I was so impressed with the level of customer service. The hostess greeted us so warmly as she directed us to our table. The server Devin (hopefully I remembered his name correctly was amazing). Let's first talk about the ambiance so elegant and stunning. I was in total awe with the atmosphere. I was very appreciative of the accommodation that was made for my meal, which shows Chop takes great pride in achieving great customer satisfaction. So thank you 😊 We will be back!!
