I will literally never not love it here!! The food is honestly the best!! I can't get enough!! However, we went at the end of October for a birthday but the server seemed slightly rude, or indifferent and just didn't seem like Keg material and we go there pretty much for every special occasion and never ever had any problems with the server always fantastic and friendly but this time around she just wasn't that friendly, and I totally get it people go through things and maybe she had a bad table and it set her night off and that's okay just she didn't seem very friendly or nice.
The keg is always consistent! The food was great, perfectly cooked steaks. Drinks were of high quality. Service always on time. Overall this was a great location and highly recommended.

I was so impressed with the efficiency and fluidity with all staff members working on Friday September, 22/23 in the section near the library. We were sitting at our table, and I couldn't help but see how hard working each individual in our section was working. We travel from Thunder Bay, Ontario, to London Ontario for a Moose Conference. ALL OF THE STAFF IN THAT SECTION....not just our waitress worked so fast, efficiently, pleasant, friendly, helpful. I can honestly say that with all of our traveling and eating in restaurants (this year from June 14 - September 28th), We have NEVER seen a restaurant so well trained and efficient. Meals came out and were served in a consistent steady flow. As soon as guests left, tables were cleared, cleaned & ready for the next guest, no guest had to wait very long for their meals, drinks and desserts, I didn't see any plates go back to the kitchen because they weren't done right, servers had smiles for guests and guests were happily toasting drinks, taking pics together, laughing and most of all enjoying the atmosphere, company, food and drinks. I hope that the manager could share this post with the servers & staff working in the library section that night. It's so nice when staff is praised and hear good comments from their customers. I can honestly say I couldn't have been more proud of how well they all worked together....I've NEVER SEEN a restaurant with all tables full and how hard working and so efficient they all were.
Celebrated our anniversary here and our server was awesome! He was cheerful and that really made our night a lot better!
The food was great, steaks were cooked at the exact temperatures we wanted, the mushroom dip and bread accompaniment was the perfect starter and finally the coffee ice cream cake was the best ice cream cake I’ve had in awhile.

It was fantastic experience! Today is our anniversary, so whole my family is here. This is little expensive place, but it is worth. We ordered prime rib, New York steak, blacked chicken Oscar, and kid menus. It was perfectly cooked, and so delicious. Most happiest things is anniversary cake! It was complimentary. Check photos. Every staff is so kind.
I worked at The Keg for many years and the dining experience has always been consistently good, even over the last decade. Service and food were great. But I did make a reservation with online, I will say that you ought to take that with a grain of salt. Not always guaranteed you will get in at that exact time!
Very impressed. We were sat down and unfortunately, our table was missed and did not receive service until we spoke to front staff after 20 minutes. The issue was immediately rectified and the manager personally apologized and provided us with a round of drinks on the house. Our server was very attentive and provided great service. The issue was just an oversight; however, was immediately taken care of and made up for in wonderful service. Would certainly return. The food was top notch as well as the service. Highly recommend.
We had a nice date night and The Keg makes a decent effort. But tbh I find it's on the expensive side for what you get these days. Two modest entrées, one drink each, and a shared dessert = $160 after tax and tip. Prime rib was ordered med-rare but arrived VERY rare. She didn't want to make a fuss and send it back, so she did not really enjoy her $52 main.
Tablecloths and waters without asking would really go a long way here. A bare wooden tabletop says roadhouse to me, not steakhouse.
Service was excellent: accommodating and attentive, exceeding expectations.
Great aged steak with perfectly controlled temperature. Side options are also very good, loved the crab cake
I attended The Keg Masonville for a work dinner and we were a party of 14. Our two servers did an excellent job at keeping our large party content. I have a dairy allergy and the manager took it upon himself to make sure my meal was presented as requested. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly and in a timely manner. The atmosphere was enjoyable and the washrooms were very clean. We will be back for sure.
