Always the greatest experience. Met with a smile and a warm welcome...... This place has great food. One of the most underrated restaurants we have in the forest city.

Authentic foods! Service excellence! Confortable contemporary yet relaxed more upscale atmosphere. It's a Unique Food Attitude. I can't say enough good things about the DESSERTS! So good I've been twice in three weeks. And I live 100km away! Yes it's really that good. The desserts menu is ever changing and all of it is spectacular. I'm still holding a grudge with my "friend" who has known about this place since 2015! 😮‍💨 REALLY Johnny? Cabbage roll and perogie plate is a meal just the right size to squeeze a dessert in. In fact we were so enveloped in the food I didn't pause to snap photos until the second serving of perogies! Sorry folks I'll do better next time I'm there. Note the emphasis on the desserts, 👍 yeah they are take home to Momma, date night (or afternoon) worthy. In fact you can order to go. Perfect with a warm cuppa at home after a long wander down Dundas window shopping, getting some air and extra steps in. Hint Hint Johnny! I'm particularly fond of the white cheddar cheese and potato perogie but the meat are marvelously hearty and I did try the mushroom too and now it's hard to pick just one for an order. Yes the kitchen will mix and match flavours per order! I requested a side dish of sauerkraut salad to have with my cabbage roll plate and it was so good. 😊😋 Each time we go it's to try a different dessert option. I can't seem to get passed the cabbage roll and perogie combo plate on the menu. Also order extra perogies if you're feeling glutinous 🤗 I did and no regrets. LoL We actually had mutual cravings for cabbage rolls at this place! I've been spoiled as a house and dinner guest with Ukrainian and German and Dutch family ethnic foods prepared authentically much of my life. This is yet another spectacular unique regional family recipe offering it's just as good as the finest I've ever had for sure. 👌 That by the way was prepared in the home of a Canadian Ukraine immigrant by visiting relatives seeking asylum. I learned not a word of Ukrainian I'm afraid and also that I can't make a perogie myself worth a darned. We'd all have starved first. But exactly how good they are made fresh each meal and how good a simple dish like cabbage roll can be when made fresh. That's exactly the experience at Unique Food Attitudes. Genuine traditional food made with care and dare I say it love. It translates into the food the service and the atmosphere. I've worked in restaurants that couldn't deliver this. While the food was okay it was still missing that extra touch to maker for great dining experiences. You get that added ingredient here at Unique Food Attitudes. We even got to talk with the owner Barb and shared pictures and stories of our dogs. She and her husband are such a joy to chat with. He popped in for a quick nibble during his work day while we were there last. This is the kind of restaurant you go to for comfort food, a bright pleasant comfortable contemporary atmosphere and genuine table linens. We were offered extra hot water for the tea without prompting and were doted upon each time we've been. LGBTQ++🌈 friendly. That alone sets the experience apart. I've been twice but Johnny has been going since 2015!... And didn't tell me until I found it myself. We've had words about this, haven't we Johnny.😮‍💨ahem. Back to my review. You'll find some wonderful hidden gem food establishments along Dundas with ample street parking and plenty of window shopping too. We've hit four on the list so far and stopped twice for cabbage rolls and perogies (the best in London) at Unique Food Attitudes. 😛 A personal favourite spot of mine is the London Clay Arts Centre just across and up the street from Unique Food Attitudes. 🤩 Fine arts and food together. Went to Unique Food Attitudes on a lunch time food crawl. We were hitting up 3 other spots so we just ordered an order of perogies to share with a latte to drink. Service was friendly and prompt. Coffee was perfect. Perogies were great, onions and bacon with sour cream. Tender insides and slightly crisp exterior. Prices are very reasonable. Would recommend and return to explore more of the menu in the future.

Fantastic brunch and lunch foods for the foodie in you. I cannot even begin to tell you how good the pork cuttlet is, but man I have never had better. The breading was light and fluffy, plus it was perfectly sealed in the pan frying process. The white cheese pierogies were fresh and creamy. The beet soup (yes, beet soup) was delicious. Oh, and the sauerkraut salad was fresh, unique, and delicious. Highly recommended!!!

Ordered for delivery a few weeks ago, we will absolutely be ordering again. It’s been ages since I had an authentic Polish sausage roll and was not disappointed. The pierogi were perfect and boiled, not fried. I had the apple cake for dessert, again, absolutely perfect. The taste reminded me of my grandmothers home cooking.

Our first visit today, not the best neighborhood but very friendly staff and decor ample parking in old TD We loved the perogis, and my god the apple pancakes were wonderful. First class soup and fantastic homemade deserts dont skip desert here!

Do yourselves a favor and stop by here for breakfast or lunch during the work week. It's truly a pleasure to enjoy their home made food, made fresh from scratch daily with lots of love. The owner, Barbara, sets a welcoming experience despite the construction going on in the street. Dont let the construction deter you from coming in and treating yourself to some delicious Polish food. The apple pancakes, crepes, and meat pierogies are sublime!

Had the polish sausage and bun with red cabbage salad. It was amazing! Worth the trip.

Had the cabbage roll and perogies. WOW. amazing taste amazing presentation. My only knock is I wish they were open on the weekend so I could get this more often. Hours are very limited.

OMG! So glad we came here. Unbelievable food and service. I had the Apple Pancakes, and honestly it was one of the best things I've ever had for breakfast. (The picture makes them look small, but they weren't. It was huge) This place is the epitome of authentic Polish food. Served with care and great conversation from the super staff. I wish I didn't live 3 hours away. I will go out of my way to come back, but whenever it is, it won't be soon enough. Do whatever you have to do to get yourself here.

If you are looking for a home cooked meal, served by staff that have created a family like atmosphere, then I encourage you to visit Unique Food Attitudes. I was a bit thrown by the name, but the other ratings on Google are very accurate. Great decor and very clean facility. We went for breakfast. The breakfast sandwich is good for 2 meals. The pancakes are like my Babcia used to make. Everything was authentic and fresh. Great value for the price and the service was phenomenal. If you are of Polish decent, then Unique Food Attitudes is a MUST!

My husband and I picked up lunch and headed home to eat. The restaurant had one table occupied with another set of patrons coming in for pick-up. I ordered a soup and sandwich combo. The soup was a hearty cauliflower/vegetables and the sandwich was stacked. We also ordered the perogies which were delicious. We added a blueberry buckle cake for dessert and it was perfect. Not too sweet. I would return again.

This was my first visit and i was so impressed with the decor, then the service and then out came our food - homerun! The food was amazing, the cabbage rolls & perogies were scratch made, delicate & delicious, portions were perfect. To top it all off we decided to try a dessert, you cannot leave without trying the Lemon Posset, it's heavenly, no words can describe how delicious it was, nothing like anything I've ever tasted before. It deserves 10 stars!

Went there for a morning tea and breakfast. Got the apple pancake and earl grey tea. Apple pancake was crisp and delicious. The fruit that came with it was very fresh. Nice atmosphere and staff were very prompt and friendly. Will be going back to try some more items off their menu.

Outstanding restaurant in Old East Village where the food and hospitality will exceed your expectations. We had cabbage rolls here that were hands down the best cabbage rolls we’ve ever eaten. Unique Food Attitudes offers diners and exceptional dining experience at a price that is more than reasonable.

Incredible food, kind staff, and a fun cute atmosphere! Honestly some of the best food I’ve EVER had. My boyfriend and I attended their Valentines Day mean special. I had the strawberry and goat cheese salad (delicious), prosciutto wrapped chicken thighs (so tender) with feta potato’s (best potatoes I’ve ever had), and a chocolate mousse cake for dessert. I definitely recommend coming here!

Been here twice in the last two weeks; both times were amazing! One was a casual dinner with friends and some amazing traditional polish food, and the other was their Valentine’s 3-course special. Great food and wonderful service. While this wasn’t an issue for me, they don’t serve alcohol here, as a heads up. The photo is of their lemon posset, an excellent dessert after a rich meal.

Cozy little cafe. Their triple chocolate brownie and tuna salad sandwich was amazing. Nice ambience and super friendly staff. Will visit again!

I've been here a few times & it's always delicious. Usually have oerogies & once in awhile cabbage rolls. The best of anywhere I've eaten. A must to try again & again. Staff is very friendly & prices reasonable.

Being Polish, we sometimes look for good Polish food, and believe me this place delivers. My wife had potato pancakes with goulash and I had krokiety with red borscht, amazing and inexpensive. I travel to London often and will most definitely visit them again. If you’re into this kind of home made great food, you must go.

A wonderful surprise in the Old East Village. Polish home cooking. <br/><br/>We received excellent service. The restaurant was immaculately clean and served delicious food. Three of us had the breakfast sandwich which is the best i have ever eaten. The portions were very generous so i took half home for later.<br/><br/>Coffee served in cups and saucers...nice ones.<br/><br/>We noticed that the couple next to us were having the cabbage rolls. They looks delicious. <br/><br/>I can't wait to go back and try something else on their menu.

Excellent customer service with top notch authentic European flare. Matt, Barbara and Jurek are both inviting and hospitable. Prices are more than reasonable for a menu you cannot find anywhere else. Highly recommend

The food, staff and atmosphere is wonderful. Plenty of comfort foods that taste homemade with love. Never had a bad experience, one of my favourites in London!

Wow!! What a great experience! The food was fresh and so flavourful! The service, well it was like being served by good friends. We tried a variety of dishes, everything was simply amazing

Loved it!. I took my husband,a diehard eggs and bacon breakfast guy for breakfast last Saturday, it was very yummy. His breakfast sandwich was awesome, very flavorful and my apple pancakes were excellent ,as was our cup of coffee. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome the minute we stepped through the doors! we have definitely decided to make this our "go to" spot on Saturday mornings to try the next breakfast treat. The menu is not extensive, just enough variety to make you want to come back and try all three meals of the day!

Good quality food, good portions, well-priced, friendly owners, nice atmosphere. Lots of seating & selection. Looking forward to returning!
