The Works craft burgers in London, Ontario is a chain that I recently revisited after a long absence. It's conveniently situated in downtown London, though do keep in mind that you'll need to pay for parking.
One aspect that stood out is their inclusivity with gluten-free options available for those with dietary restrictions. A unique touch is the way they serve drinks in giant Pyrex measuring glasses, which adds a quirky charm to the experience.
The staff at The Works are not only friendly but also attentive to your needs. The restaurant itself is well-maintained, and the open windows provide a breath of fresh air.
Their burgers are cooked to perfection, with a delightful medium-well preparation. While the menu is extensive, the star of the show here is undoubtedly their burgers. While the sides are decent, opting for onion rings, sweet potato fries, or a Caesar salad comes at a relatively higher cost.
The buns and burgers are both delicious, and even the gluten-free bun is a satisfying option. Overall, we had an enjoyable time at The Works and would highly recommend it, thanks to its wide array of choices to cater to various preferences.

The service was outstanding and we didn’t have to wait long. Great location, too.
Will definitely come back here if we are in the area again.

Every year we head up to Tennocon, we come here for the poutine. The burgers are solid and perfect after a long drive. Drink selection is limited but it's enough for everyone. The burger selection is not limited at all. It's extensive. I would highly suggest this place.

If you're in town and craving for a burger, you should definitely stop by. The prices are a bit higher than the usual places but the quality and taste really make up for it. I came with a few friends and our server was great and helpful. I had the "taste of heaven' burger and I really recommend that.
One of our favorite restaurants. Their burgers and milkshakes are amazing! I'm sad they recently got rid of the cookie dough milkshakes but were still able to make one for us one last time which was nice of them. I also really loved their strawberry cheesecake milkshake that they don't have anymore hope these come back! Every burger we've had has been excellent! The service is fast and friendly.
Cool spot. We each had a hamburger and fries. Interesting variety of hamburger choices. We were both happy with our selections. Also ordered a pitcher of beer. All was excellent.
I did find it seemed a bit pricy once the bill came though.

I didn't know what to expect, but the burger was amazing, and the fries were very fresh. The only thing I would say as a negative is that the menu is a little complicated
This place was amazing. My group and I went last night and the food was amazing but our server, Sydney, was the start of the show! She was so helpful and honestly the best waitress I have ever had. We will definitely be back!
Tried the best burgers in London Ontario. Wow they were mind blowing delicious. Went to the restaurent almost 30 minutes before closing. So couldnt enjoy the atmosphere much. Overall they were worth a try
