We had an amazing dining experience at Thaifoon Downtown. We had a last-minute plan for our grad celebration and decided to try Thai cuisine. My friends and I love it and think this is one of the best restaurants in London. It has a great ambiance, exceptional food with authentic Thai flavors, and excellent customer service. Shout out to the manager, Ishan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable celebration. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Our server was great with his suggestions and everything was delicious. Probably one of the best Caesars I've ever drank. Everything was fresh and quick. We went before a show at the arena and it was packed! Great vibes, great food, great service.

I hosted a dinner for the Western Cyber Society welcome dinner at Thaifoon Downtown and the service was INCREDIBLE. They were able to service a massive crowd and deliver the most delicious food imaginable in a timely manner.
Thaifoon delivers fine dining quality food for reasonable prices.

Loved the experience. Nice place close to Budweiser Gardens. We ordered the Street Style Pad Thai as well as the Chilly Chicken. Both of them were delicious. We got the Thai Hot variant of the noodles, which was a slight bit too hot for me. But, overall an enjoyable meal.

Good food, good atmosphere, friendly service. I had the yellow curry with chicken and it was delicious. My mocktail was nice but small. A bigger glass would have been nice. It was busy which is always a good sign. Prices are reasonable. Good choice of food and drinks.

Absolutely incredible food and one of the best meals I've had in a long time.
I'm not sure how "authentic" their food is, seems like a bit of a Thai fusion with other asian/ north american style Asian dishes, but regardless, there is no lack of flavours whatsoever.
Literally everything we tried was 9/10 or above. Their red curry has such a depth of flavour and is probably the best I've ever had. Chili chicken, bangkok Katsu, and drunkard noodle - all delicious and prepared well.
Quality of ingredients were excellent and while the price may be just a little steep for the portion, there's absolutely no doubt it's worth it!

I went here for my birthday dinner. The staff is very attentive. I tried drunken noodles for the first time and really enjoyed it. The spice level was actually spicy! Delicious. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. I will come back for sure!

Food was delicious! Service was a bit slow. Street parking can also be a bit tough to find by the downtown location. But overall a good experience and will be going back.

I had a fabulous lunch out with a friend the other day. The young man serving was terrific and took the time to offer recommendations. The food was delicious and plentiful. It was a little dark in the restaurant but that is the only minor negative thing. Thank you so much. Will be back.

I typically LOVE thaifoon and I'll go to the restaurant or order out to eat. The vegetarian options are usually wonderful. However, I ordered peanut panko crusted tofu for delivery the other day and when I bit into one of the tofu pieces there was salmon in it! I'm not sure how this happens but it's really not safe for vegetarians or someone with a seafood allergy that this contamination happens... I hope this was a rare occurrence and not something that often happens.
EDIT: The restaurant reached out to resolve the situation promptly and ensures it will not happen again.

Very much enjoyed my experience at Thaifoon. From the service to the food everything was excellent. The food was very flavourful and nicely presented, the service was helpful and attentive and my bill was right on for what I received.

Great food, inventive drinks, beautiful decor, service was friendly but VERY slow. People who ordered after us were served and finished before we were.
I love that they cater to allergies & food sensitivities (but sometimes need a reminder) I accidentally ordered Street Pad Thai, which is NOT gluten-free)
Our food arrived. Beautiful but our ordered was not correct (minor mistake)
Food just took way too long to get out. Dessert took even longer (coconut ice, sticky rice with mango)
Highly recommend this place for delicious, modern Thai cuisine.

As always, the food continues to taste great. Due to the pandemic, the inside traffic was low and therefore didn't have the people buzz but that didn't matter. Ordered Street Style Pad Thai, Fried ice cream, and a couple of other dishes but can't remember names (sorry)

I was invited to dinner here for the Western Cyber Society and the food, service, and atmosphere were top notch! I got the must-try chilli chicken and it tasted incredible. Thank you Thaifoon Team for servicing the dinner, will definitely be coming back soon :)
