Review Kfc - Lindsay

I have been waiting awhile to get KFC and today I couldn’t wait to have some. I went into the store and ordered place was very clean and very empty. No matter anyhow I waited 14 and 17min to get my meal ( zinger sandwich box meal ) all the while music blaring from the back, they should be aware that not everyone likes every genre of music and be considerate of the guests. Once I got my meal I was so very disappointed, cold tiny portions I mean the two wings that came with it were smaller then my finger, and the sandwich aside from being cold and hard as a rock had no meat in it, it was all breading!! After that experience I have to say I will never recommend KFC to anyone and a revisit to any KFC moving for is very questionable. I give this KFC a big two thumbs down on the places I’d like to eat rating!!! Don’t waste you time or money at that KFC!

Went on the evening of June 4th approximately 7:20 P.M., ordered was told it was going to be about a 30 minute wait, ok fine it’s busy! They forgot our order so it was almost an hour wait, you can’t go in, tried to go up to the window we were ignored, then they finally came to the window and said sorry the chicken was frozen, hate to tell ya KFC doesn’t freeze the chicken, chicken was dried out and tasted like cardboard, the gravy was also bland, will not be a returning customer!!

I ordered from here around noon today, and I when I got home I realized I was missing items as well as I had received the wrong sandwiches. I live out in Little Britain it's a bit of a drive back to Lindsay so I tried to call the restaurant instead. The phone rang for a while before someone finally answered it briefly- and then just hung up without even saying anything. I was surprised, and tried calling back again but this time no one answered at all. I get that it was around the lunch rush and the store may have been busy but spending nearly 40 dollars on food only to get a part of your order and then not even the right sandwiches is really disappointing. My boyfriend specifically asked for the chicken bacon and cheese and I got home he got a chicken sandwhich with only sauce and pickles on them. Mine was the same. I checked my receipt and I definitely paid for bacon and cheese sandwiches but no one would even answer the phone to help me.

Only neen to the new locarion twice. Both times they have no chicken made and it's a 10-20 minute wait. This time I ordered when I got to the window they told me it would be 15 minutes because they just got an online order. Apparently online is more important than the person physically sitting at the store. Obviously the order came in after mine or they should have informed me at the order kiosk.

Bought a 2 piece chicken meal, asked for a small macaroni salad to which I was told they only had potato left so decided no salad, when I got home with the meal I only live about 5 mins so food should have still been hot, fries were Luke warm and old the 2 pieces of chicken I received was a very small drumstick which would have been fine if the other piece was Atleast a thigh or rib or something but no I got a wing for the other one hardly any chicken on it. Gravy wasn’t even hot! I paid $12 to be starving after I ate it Not impressed at all!

I'm not sure what's worse. The staff, or the food. We've tried it a few times since it moved locations, and have been disappointed every time. It's turned me off all KFC restaurants, and since there are other options in town, Popeye's and Mary Browns, that are better, I don't see why I will ever go back.

My 4 piece and fries had two pieces which i could not identify so overdone they tasted burnt .the other one was missing any batter on top the last was under done.it was all just literaly dripping with grease and left a bad taste in my mouth. I was so disapointed i could not eat any.even the pepsi tasted watered down.if i did not live out of down i would have returned it.But i will not be back

On two separate occasions our family tried to eat KFC at this location. Both times we went through the Drive-thru: told they had no chicken left. What?! We will not patronize this establishment.
