Order was taken efficiently and correctly..
Had to ask the server for a tray and they also forgot to give me straws so I had to go back in.
Other than the second person everything was good
Timmies here is usually better than most in town. You have people who are experienced and not teenagers who wont give you the same kind of service.. example, teenager will press sugar button fast than more experienced people and Bam, not so sweet of coffee.
No drive thru here hence the 4 star rating but staff are friendly even while dealing with pandemic related employee shortages. Washrooms were clean and patrons did their best to social distance. Layout of the store allows a separate entry and exit location to help keep things as safe as possible.

The best service ever! Even when things busy and the stores a poppin' they go above and beyond for their customers. I had an issue with a mobile order 2 weeks ago they fixed it right for us when we ordered today. Judy you are a Rockstar!
