Would not eat the Honey cheese buns again (appetizer), glad we tried them though. Couldn't get what I wanted for dinner, had to settle for something else. 😔 Wanted cinnamon whiskey shot for my coffee, nope, they don't have that either. Fries fresh, food good, service excellent.
We ordered a half nacho plate. Came out with barely anything but cheese on it. Sent it back and all they did is heat it up more burning the cheese and returned it
Visited with my wife recently after a number of years. We enjoyed both of our meals very much. The service was quick and friendly. We originally went to use up some old gift cards but will go back again.
My wife and I came here to to celebrate our anniversary so disappointed we both ordered steak dishes my wife ordered Balsamic Mushroom Sirloin not so good and the sweet potato fries were cold, I ordered the Cajun shrimp Sirloin it was very bad the steak was chewy and tasted burnt there was no burn m
You know what you're getting, so don't feign shock at the lack of fresh veg and farm to table. But the beer is cold, the staff is genuinely lovely - and that first pint of draft on a patio in the sunshine 15 months after Dougie wouldn't let us go out and play - absolutely perfect.
Good food and good service. We enjoyed our meal here and it was very much what you expect from a Kelsey's, which is very important when you go to a chain :)
Definitely recommend stopping in here for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed
Absolutely trash service, the last 3 times i came here the servers just leave you hanging at a table for 20+ mins without even takeing drink orders. Today i just walked out, pathetic that a buisness treats customers like this when they come in ready to eat and drink.
Needs better management.
You can't go wrong with their spinach dip. Server was super friendly.
