Found this fabulous place literally as a Port in the Storm, the only place in Lindsay open and with hydro. Pleasure to find friendly staff and great food even though last seating had past and they were 10 minutes to close! Well worth checking this place out. Thank you!!!!!
They are the best breakfast and lunch place in town. No one else comes close in terms of quality of the food and the variety on their menu. Great staff as well!
This is a great place for good quality food. Staff is very attentive and helpful. I ordered a western sandwich on multigrain bread and when it arrived I ate half and pulled the rest of the egg out as the toast was a little darker than I like. As soon I did that a server, not even mine, came up and said "did you order your toast that way?" I said no. They said I will get you a new order done correctly! Great place, great staff, great prices.
Amazing food, extremely lovely welcoming staff. Great service I wish I lived closer I would go every day. The beans are amazing.
I'm vegetarian and I was able to pick a bunch of sides for my breakfast on both days I went, the grilled tomatoes were perfect.
I bought some fresh homemade butter tarts and meat pies too for my folks and they loved them too.
Overall if you are near by you need to go here best experience I've ever had at a breakfast joint.
Went for breakfast ..... was great then decided to go a few months later for dinner buffet .... amazing ! ! Great food with lots of variety ! Will go back ! Highly recommended !!!!!!
Great place to stuff yer festering gobs, with portions sizable enuff to sufficiently suffoncifate even the heartiest appetite!
My significant other and I will be sitting down and filling our faces with my pop and his loving lady the morrow.
Good food along with good company makes for a Spectacular Sunday of family day weekend.

We have never had a bad meal or bad service at St. Dave's. I can't wait to try the evening buffet.
Just had the best experience at St Dave's Diner, Dave himself came out to talk to me about their menu and what they can and can't guarantee is Gluten Free. It was amazing to see a restaurant that understands Celiac and does everything they can to ensure you have a great meal that isn't going to make you sick. Thank you very much to all the staff at St Dave's!
We tried the dinner buffet tonight for the first time the food was excellent definitely will be back again
I was there today and Dave came over to the table because my boyfriends son was crying. He not only cheered him up but wiped the tears from his face. The staff is amazing and so is the food.
Best Breakfast restaurant in town, have only been for lunch a couple of times, the staff is excellent take great care of you and the food is always delicious.
The food and service was amazing!! Jason was such a great server as was Mariska when she stopped by our table. Would definitely keep going!

My family and I go to St Dave's for brunch at least a few times a month. My 93 year old mother always gets a warm welcome and food cooked to her liking. The food is very good and you really can't beat the prices. The service is great and the staff always go out of their way to accommodate us, even through these strange Covid times. I definitely will keep going back.

We had the hot hamburger (nice charbroiled burger) and club sandwich (perfectly cooked chicken breast & bacon) with possibly the best onion rings I’ve ever had. They even have a wide selection of hot sauces, should you need any.

Ps, the eggs Benny comes with CHEESE SAUCE. Not hollandaise sauce. However, still very tasty.
Made a stop here with the wife and kids going home from the cottage. Lovely breakfast. Everyone went home happy. I would definitely return.
