Review Tim Hortons - Levis

TO AVOID! This is my worst drive-through experience ever. We waited for more than 40mins before to get to the window. The employee got us tp pay the bill and then we waitwd another 5mins to be told that even if we had ordered 30mins a ago amd just paid, that they are out of stock and cannot make us the two cold coffees we had ordered. Unbelievably, we lost more than 45 mins and did not get anything and neither any compensation offer.

Nice quiet clean place to eat..

Breakfast was good and filling. We spoke in broken French when we started ordering, and the guy serving us had trouble understanding us and looked at us with a mocking grin. I thought we could've at least been treated nicer for trying. Anyway, a female staff had to be called in to finish our order (in English), and she was friendly and helpful.

Food/ drinks were good, however service was lacking. My server was nice but not very attentive and so I believe our order was wrong. On top of that, I couldn't confirm the order as the screen wasn't working either. I ordered 2 breakfast combos but did not receive any hashbrowns. When I let the staff member know she kind of shrugged her shoulders and said she'd just give them to me anyway. After that I only recieved 1 hasbrown and not even in the bag. Moreover, one of the sandwiches in the breakfast combo was wrong but I couldn't be bothered to complain because of the hashbrown issue. They seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves to be honest. Nice clean location otherwise.

Bathrooms were discussing, dirty. Not been cleaned in sometime looking at the floor. Disappointed they didn't know what steeped tea is. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Always heard that Tim Horton's was great. Maybe the other ones are and this one is the exception, but I don't think I'll waste my time and money finding out next time I'm in Canada.

Very fast service I had communication issues I can understand that a employee don’t speak English but I can’t understand that she doesn’t try
