There was a mess up in my friend’s order, which wasn’t sorted out by the staff. However the milkshakes were good!!
potatoes are always overcooked and in small chips and very hard. Eggs are never done properly as per requested and last time I had to call because the egg was raw.
I had a very good experience with us because I ordered a Poutine here, the service is fast, your personnel are friendly, polite and respectful, i considered the cleanliness of this restaurant excellent, the price of my order is very affordable and my service is very fast. Also, my ice cream consumed
Sad to say we got 4 small poutines and the fries were cold and so was the gravy. This is the second location of this chain that we got cold fries and gravy☹🥺 when the fries and gravy are hot the poutine is amazing very enjoyable!

Perfect spot for pure vegetarians in Quebec city! Ask for Veggie burger and veggie poutine. Both do not have simulated meat flavours, fish, egg or meat. Ice creams and cheese are to die for!
