Amazing service, absolutely delicious food, and a great location for anyone visiting Quebec City. The menu is unique and delicious, the staff has a great knowledge of the menu and their recommendations are top notch. The owner is friendly and knows a lot about the city for anyone looking for recommendations when visiting.
Wow !! Quel repas au Bistro évolution ! Extrêmement délicieux ! Tout est parfait, de l'entrée au dessert, sans parler de l'équipe de serveurs et du propriétaire qui sont toujours à l'écoute et qui savent nous passionner par leur menu. Chose qui arrive rarement, mon mari a terminé son repas principal (Tartare de boeuf) au restaurant !

Quoi de mieux que de manger des plats accessibles et à la fois gastronomiques.
Le Bistro Évolution c'est une valeur sûre à tout coup. Avec son menu évolutif construit minutieusement autour des aliments saisonniers et locaux, y retourner plusieurs fois ne me gêne même pas.
Suggestions : Essayez le cocktail Luv et laissez-vous servir par Bernard.

Absolutely fabulous! I went with a work colleague yesterday and we were both thrilled with the food, the service, the atmosphere. My new favourite hangout spot in Quebec!!
C'etais super, je n'ai rien a denigrer. La nourriture etait exquise, l'ambiance relaxante et le service tres agréable. Contrairement a bien des bistro, les portions etaient enormes, nous y sommes allez a 3 et nous avons tous ete agreablement surpris ! Merci encore!

Un souper de famille mémorable! On se sentait comme à la maison. La bouffe est excellente avec de belles présentations.
C'est un gros WOW sur toute la ligne. L'ambiance, la qualité des produits, le service, ... Nous avons vécu une très belle expérience. Nous avons déjà hâte à la prochaine fois!

Une carte originale, un accueil très chaleureux, un lieu convivial et des papilles heureuses ! Facile d’accès, stationnement, une adresse à essayer sur la rive sud de Québec (proche des ponts), vous ne le regretterez pas !
Merci encore une fois à toute l'équipe qui a concocté un menu spécial pour notre coco "multi-allergique" lors du brunch! Ce fut une attention très appréciée de toute la famille.

Si vous êtes des gens qui aimez la bonne bouffe et que, comme moi vous êtes toujours déçu au restaurant, vous devez essayer ce restaurant. Le meilleur restaurant de la Rive-Sud sans aucun doute!! Tout était parfait � très bon rapport qualité/prix et merci à toute l’équipe pour votre excellent travail.

2 hungry travelers were on A20 and decided to get off the road in Levis QC area. This was a chance find and a good one too.
The place offers an extensive selection of meats, fish, poultry, soups and pastas. We had 4 items. All were very good.

The location is close to A20 but is convenient and easy to get to if you are in the QC - Levis area. If you are looking for a good place to go for your dining pleasure Evolution is a choice to look at seriously.
Great option in Levis. The menu changes approximately each season so there are always new items to try. Most times they hit the mark and have tasty combinations. They have a good amount of private import wines which they will happy recommend depending on your order. Highly recommended as one of the best options in Levis
The sweetbread dish I had tonight was the best treatment of that protein I have ever eaten. The cocktails are well curated. The staff is knowledgeable and very efficient. Do yourself a favor and eat here.
An absolutely amazing place. We started with planches of charcuterie and specials. The specials included maple-glazed pork ribs, sea snails with mushrooms, oysters, and a beef tartare. All tasty and original. Our mains (cod tartare, elk tataki, and cod fish and chips) were also delicious and well-presented. The wine list featured some good options both in bottle and by the glass. The service was friendly and attentive. I could not recommend this place highly enough. 👏👏👏
