Review Wendy's - Lethbridge

The service was personable and very helpful and they did all they could to be helpful. The place was clean and tables were all wiped as soon as someone left. The manager was taking orders and wiping tables and acknowledging the customers. The manager was a very pleasant person and the staff that handed you your order were so friendly. The salad was really fresh. Strawberries were fresh and the dressing was perfect for this strawberry salad. The was chicken and bacon on the salad was fried like I would do it at home. My family enjoyed the avocado salad and commented on how fresh the avocado tasted and how much there was of it. My sister-in-law had never ate a salad at Wendy's and she is a hard person to please and she was so pleased with it. She also said that was the best lemonade she had tasted. All I can say was a great experience and we will all be back to Wendy's .

Really clean restaurant. Food was definitely up to Wendy's standards. Everything I ordered tasted really fresh.

I was VERY dissatisfied after my last wendy’s trip… the man at the window was completely silent when handing me my cherry diet coke. I thanked him but he just gave me a mean look and shut the window!!! :( I was so upset that I was going to leave a 1 star review. However, I have awarded 3 additional stars for the DELICIOUS cherry diet coke!!! Keep it up Wendy’s staff! Happy Holiday’s ✨❤️

Usually when a place is this fast, the food quality suffers. This is not the case as this location. I tap my debit and by the time I'm at the next window my food is already out the window ready to grab. And somehow it's always fresh.

Food and service was great! Dave would be proud!

Spectacular Biggie Cup… I like square burgers… and you can’t beat a chocolate frosty Wendy’s introduction of the Coke Freestyle Machine is a dine in game changer. Mr. Pibb Zero combines the taste and lack of sugar I need to maintain the dad bod that god has blessed me with. Over the years the fries may have changed, but the consistently brilliant frosty, Dave’s Burger, and whatever is in the chili keeps me coming back for more. Wendy’s is a progressive place, they support adoption and have non discriminatory hiring policies. I wish I could buy a legit frosty machine for my house.

Not very good customer service. I waited at the till to place my order for more than 5 minutes. Only 1 person was operating the till and they were more concerned with filling orders than taking orders. Ordered a Son Of Baconator meal, my burger didn't have any bacon. Went back to the counter and they gave me a new burger.

Way too much ice in the drinks. Paid for a large drink and got (I counted after realizing my first 3 sips half emptied the cup) 8 big-ish sips. You get maybe 1/3 of what you pay for. Avoid this scam.
