My salmon order came kinda yucky and it smells just lovely thank's team over at west side Edo... And ya i don't have time to come in and return $20 worth of rotten fish tomorrow for a full replacement lol!!! Enjoy the 1 start rating.

They’re very friendly there but they just can’t get it right. This is the second order in a row that they’ve gotten wrong. I’ll either call in or order through the app so they get all the money rather than Skip or Uber getting a cut. But they give me a different kind of rice than what I asked for. You’ll ask for sauces & they won’t include it. They’ll offer other drinks but forget to put it in your bag & give you a different kind? I go because it’s close to work but it’s so off putting when they can’t get you order right everytime you go. Maybe next time I order I’ll do it through Skip because then at least I can get a refund when they get it wrong.

I paid for more than what I got, they charge me almost 20$ because i asked for extra meat but they didn't give me the extra meat as well as the teriyaki sauce they said they had already put the 2 scoops that I ordered but when I got home my food was dry. The worst service I have gotten

We where disappointed in the dish we ordered and had delivered. The fish smelt old and was discolored.

I was so disappointed the way we were treated today, we ordered over $100 in food and our order was not complete. I called and was told they won’t do anything for me, it was the way we were treated, I asked to speak to a manager and was rudely told no, call skip for refund. I sadly won’t support this establishment, they simply don’t care about their clients.

Sushi falls apart everytime at this location. Employee doing cash was not very friendly, even though restaurant was dead . The newish veggi roll is great though, nice to see a vegetarian option minus the cream cheese. The veggi platter is a good deal at $9 for 17 pieces. Would be nice to see a vegetarian kids meal option.

I ordered teriyaki chicken bento with dynamite sushi roll both for the side..i got disappointed because theirs have a hair in my sushi..I am craving for this and get disappoint..

The BEST! My husband and I love coming here. The staff is so friendly and always make you feel so welcome ! The food has always been amazing and they are very clean! I love Edos but this is the location I definitely prefer!
