Great spot to listen to live shows. Friendly staff. Variety of beers on tap to choose from. There's local art on the walls and a convenient location downtown.

First of all the atmosphere is super cool, good live music. Staff are all super friendly. The burgers were so good, but what really SOLD it was that White chocolate brownie. We will 100% be back. Hopefully for like a comedy night or open mic night!

The owl is a great place to go for events! I've been 5 times for trivia night and it's a blast, drinks are amazing and food is great. While i have had my fries come out cold twice, their cocktails and events are a highlight that shines that out of the water! If you are new or looking for something to do, the owl ALWAYS has something fun going on :)

Definitely a good place to chill. Went here with family. We brought a couple of board games to play after dinner and they were fine with it. The food was great, i love how "crass" the menu item descriptions are. Service was great too! Will definitely come back for food and entertainment.

Went for a Saturday brunch. Lovely day and the doors were wide open allowing the fresh air in. Not quite warm enough to sit outside so we choose a table inside. Waitress very pleasant which is the only reason this is not a one star review. She was great. Food was fine. However….the band came in and set up and was super loud both in setting up and with their sound checks and then practicing over and over and LOUD. I have no issues with bands practicing. But close your restaurant. We could not visit or focus on anything but the noise. No warning no signage or anything to advise us that it would not be a nice social lunch cuz the band would be practicing. For an hour. Then they were doing other things but yelling across the room back and forth …..Again like the place was closed which it WASN’T. We all made a mental note to not go back. If you are looking for a Saturday lunch or brunch place I would suggest somewhere else. Also if you are going to offer brunch maybe have the makings for mimosas cuz those go hand in hand with brunch.

Open mic Tuesday was so fun! I reomend everyone to go and enjoy the local talent, you never know what's coming. Service could be better, we had to wait up to 30 minutes to get your food, and up to 20 minutes to be asked for another drink after we finished the first.

Izzy was our server 2 weeks ago and she was awesome! So bubbly and friendly! Kept us laughing. The Owl is such a wonderful place to hangout with friends and grab a drink! Thanks for the laughs

Steve. The owner. Had decided to do things a little differently. Walk in the door expecting to pay a cover for seeing a great band... That didn't happen. Sat down ordered food. The appetizer blew me away. Potatoe skins with a twist. The finest appetizer I've ever had (pizza potato skins). Band starts playing. Rockabilly. 50s rock. They killed it. A donation bucket for the band came around. The band earned every dollar that was in that bucket and more. The main fish we ordered came out. The menu bragged about this specific hamburger. Called it the best burger ever........... It lived up to its name. The GOAT burger. Delicious. . . . . . . . Eat here. Drink here. Support here. . Sick art on the walls. Art you can take home. Strongly recommend. Do it.

I absolutely love this place and everyone in it. Always good tunes, a delicious selection of beer on tap and a rocking menu. Try the banana burger and the Alberta Crude beer!

Sweet place to eat, drink, play, listen to live music and also to work! One of the coolest atmospheres in Lethbridge.

Love this place! Music, dim lights and wine. It is a great place to see local talent and has the most cozy feeling as soon as you walk in. I'd highly recommend going to the Owl. Hoping one day soon I'll have enough courage to take stage there but for now I'll enjoy and relax.

Had a great time at the Owl. The service was definitely five star, the music was great, drinks on tap were amazing, but the food was only so-so. I had deep fried pickles that were not made in house and were overpriced. I also had very salty poutine which could have used more cheese curds. The experience was great, drinks fantastic, amazing service, and subpar food. I'll definitely be back.

We absolutely love the owl and have been going for years! We sit at the same table everytime and have enjoyed some of the best music we've ever heard here including last nites jazz fest's rooster Davis!! Food is stellar and staff is great ...strongly recommend it

Loved it! I ordered fried dill pickles, and a northsider poutine - on an open mic monday night. Loved the music, service was great. Pickles were hot. Poutine was amazing! Atmosphere is to die for!

It was a very very small place and they have a lot packed into it, busy or not it's a bit of a tight place. But still pretty neat environment.

I love going to the Owl they have the best food and it's the best venue for bands in town!

So many great things here...Staff, people,food. However, don't get a seat by the window or the door when it is cold outside. The drafts are incredibly uncomfortable (in the -20 range this weekend) and we left after the first band. Sitting with coats and mitts on.
