Review Ihop - Lethbridge

Great service at this IHOP. I love that they give you a carafe of coffee so that you don't have to ask for refills. Our server was great. When we arrived we overheard someone saying that it was going to be 45 minutes to get our meal but it was delivered in a very timely manner and very fresh. The one thing about IHOP and maybe with all restaurants these days is the price seems to be higher than the value of the meal that you receive. I'm not saying that the food was poor quality it was good quality but it seems today that restaurants, some restaurants charge a premium.

To be fair they had one person serving the whole dining area as well as taking payment for everything and there was quite a few people in there. A lady came from the back to bring food out a couple of times but other than that this guys literally had to run to keep up with customers. I ordered a chicken bacon burger but then got a beef bacon so I ask it to be fixed. What they came out with next was a chicken no bacon burger I left it alone and ate it and it was good but then later I had to pay for a ...get this...bacon chicken burger. Absolutely lovely :) NOT

I Love this IHop compared to a few Ive tried in Alberta! The staff are friendly, helpful and are quick. The coffee is great, the restaurant is taken care of and the food comes out looking amazing every time. I personally get the Gluten Free Pancakes from IHOP and I have to say, THEY ARE THE BEST!

nope. 0 stars. was hungry. still hungry. poor service. took others orders & got their drinks before us even though we were seated first. had to call out for her after she went past several times with no acknowlegement, to get her to bring us water & take our order. never told us the special. we saw it on our way out the door! never asked if food was ok. smallest portion ever seen! toast drenched in butter, but no water refill. no manners. no personality. still hungry 😞 this was the fluffed up classic bowl breakfast. half empty!?!?

Based on other ihop restaurants, we were looking forward to a great breakfast. What we saw when we walked in was 7 dirty tables stacked with dishes, staff that walked by the dishes repeatedly, 10 minute wait for an acknowledgment that we would like to order and then 15 minute more wait for slightly warm omelettes. Omelettes were mostly filled with hash browns And under cooked bacon. So very disappointed and will not be back .

If I could give 0 stars I would. Only 2 people working . The hostess was kind , the waiter was terribly grumpy and rude. They didn't come back to check on how our food was or if we needed anything else. We went out to ask if we could refill our waters and the waiter wouldn't even look in our direction as we got sat in the very back room . Didn't bring our kids their dessert. We just got up to leave after 20 minutes of waiting as they didn't bring us a bill either.. Then they tried to charge us for someone else's meal then accused us of lying when we said that wasn't the table we were sitting at. Then when we were leaving both employees were out on a smoke break at the same time, while customers were inside. It will be a really long time before I go to IHOP again. Even if my kids eat for free. I will gladly pay to eat elsewhere. The food was not great and service was horrible. Maybe other employees that work there are kind and actually like their jobs and we came on a bad night. However I won't be finding that out for myself anytime soon .

The staff is nice but consistently makes its skip drivers wait far over the agreed upon time for pickuo. Sometimes 20+ minutes. We don't make money while waiting for you to do your jobs, we lose money. Start putting longer times on the app if you can't handle your order volume.

Had a wonderful experience with this awesome restaurant. The food was delightful and the staff where super friendly. Can't wait for my next trip there, keep up the amazing work
