Review The Saigonese Restaurant - Lethbridge

Price is fair for the good portion, will fill up an adult man. Service is great , convenient location located on mayor magrath Dr with dedicated parking. I judge a pho place by its dac biet (menu item #60) , and this place is very authentic. Would highly recommend

I ordered sate beef soup and pork vermicelli for delivery today and got a regular soup instead with no sprouts or hot sauce that I asked for when I placed order. Regardless, the broth was ok but the noodle portion was way too small. I had 3/4 of soup left when I poured it inside the noodle bowl because the noodle bowl is as tall as 5inches and not the wide bowl either (small container, a cup bowl) For pork vermicelli, it was very boring they put little bit of lettus and cucumber with what appeared to be chopped off "spam" ham. When I called back to let them know I had ordered sate and they forgot the sprouts and the hot sauce they said, "we don't have sprouts, and yes I forgot the hot sauce. What do YOU want me to do about it?" Dont waste your money here, I'm never ordering anything here again :)

Me and my girlfriend always come here! The pho is amazing, and the complementary bean sprouts add to any dish. My glass is always full of cold water and the service is great, usually get checked on 2-3 times. Bathrooms are clean, sometimes it’s a wait if the place is really busy. I’ve never had a bad experience here!!

Best soup around alberta, and better then most soups I've had while being a resident of Vancouver over the years... Always substantial amounts plus very consistent 👏 I've ordered other items off the menu and I'd say still the best around. Awesome spring rolls and fresh rolls. Charbroiled pork is perfect each time.. On the outside the place doesn't look so so good, but the service and quality cant be matched in lethbridge or anywhere in Southern alberta.

Delicious food, fair prices and decent parking. All in all a great dining experience! I enjoyed my satay beef soup (#69 😂😂) and the staff had no problem fulfill my specialty request to make it spicier! Definitely a place to check out next foriegn food cravings hit, but be warned that the menus are a little daunting and it's a little hard to visualize what you are ordering based on their descriptions. Tldr great food, but dont try to pronounce what you're ordering.

The food was good and was priced at approx. $11 per plate(bowl). The service was great and the interior makes you wonder how much your actually going to have to pay for your meal. I was not paying attention when i ordered and received tripe on my noodles, easily enough I asked her to remove it (not make me a new dish, just to pluck it out) and the server just made a new dish, I was well taken care of.

By far the BEST Vietnamese restaurant in the city. Me and my husband have been coming here for years, and come very often. The servers are extremely nice and the food is ALWAYS consistent and AMAZING! For the amount of times we have been here, we have never had a bad meal, not once. They have the most amazing food, great prices, and large quantities. We have tried Mama La, Sông Thuận and Thuan Hoa - all a major disappointment. If you want amazing service and delicious food, COME HERE! 49, 62, 91, 3 :)

Went into saigonese and had amazing salad rolls with charbroiled pork and the number 41. And it was deliciousss. On point flavor and fast friendly service. The waitress Krissia made us feel at home. Will definetly be back :) We love this restaurant! We have tried other Vietnamese places and this one is by far the best. The staff is so friendly. The food is amazing, it definitely has the umami factor. Their charbroiled pork is the best! I also love their Tom Yum Soup! I highly recommend this restaurant. Dinner is great there. Lunch is busy but they have Vietnamese subs, yummy!
