Review Browns Socialhouse Lethbridge West - Lethbridge

During my Road trips In Alberta and Saskatchewan, its good to find a place to chill with customers and have great dinner. We came here tonight and We ordered lots of things, but my Tiki Tuna was my favorite of all! Good service too!

Decided to stop in for a late lunch. Service was impeccable waiter was friendly efficient and not overly attentive. Drinks were colourful and flavour full. Had the cod bowl, a go to fav fresh and tender cooked to perfection though the piece of cod was quite a bit smaller than normal. Partner had the stir fry another of our favourites 9/10 times amazing this time the chicken actually tasted charred and very dry.

Just had an awesome experience here. My server, Hung, was absolutely impeccable. Polite, attentive, welcoming and very presentable. He made the whole experience start off on a great note. I ordered the Butcher's Block burger which I definitely recommend. I like to add an extra patty and a fried egg. Best burger in town in my opinion. The cooks graciously accommodated my request and then absolutely nailed it. Seriously, it's a fantastic burger through and through even without my preferred additions. This isn't the only time I've ordered here. The particular burger has become something of a once a month cheat meal for me, and it's delicious every time. This time however, I wanted to write the review because I dined in and Hung made it a truly excellent experience. Thank you very much to all of you. I'll see ya next time!

Delicious food, and excellent service! We tried the Florida special, smokehouse burger, and the blackened chicken fettuccine. All three were excellent dishes with good presentation.

Went with my friends for the first time and had a great time! Lethbridge isn't known for it's food scene but this is one of the better pub food type places in town. Great options on the menu, nice atmosphere and a friendly server. Will go back many times in the future.

We usually sit in the covered patio. To me, this is a proper pub menu. I can always find something I want to eat. Last time, I discovered their key lime pie - almost as good as mine!

My fiance and I came here tonight for dinner and drinks. It was a great experience. Food was great, drinks were great, and our server Ashley was beyond amazing. Will come again :)

We came in on Friday night for dinner and everything was outstanding. Food and drink was amazing, our server Maddie was even better. She was very knowledge and friendly.

The steak and sushi has a great combo of flavours. Key lime pie is to die for (yet not huge,a great size for a post-meal dessert). Daniel is super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating waiter. I waited a bit to order after I was seated, but after that everything went smoothly. Oh, and 10 pts for no plastic straws! Will keep coming back.

Ordered the Fish Tacos, besides the small amount of fish they were good. When my bill came I was disgusted that despite paying $17 plus tax for 2 small tacos I was charged $.50 for hot sauce. Yes, hot sauce for a taco! Never in my life have I been charged for hot sauce. This place has reached a new low in nickel and diming a customer. I guess if they raise their tacos to $20 they might be able to afford to throw in a teaspoon of hot sauce for free. An absolute disgrace.

Browns on the west side is my CHEERS, it's full of friendly, professional and amazing young people who make it the best bar & grill, sports bar in Lethbridge

Best food experience in Canada so far (this is a three week trip and only 2 days to go till finish). Portion was small but quality was excellent. Great ambiance and a really style about the place and the sitting and dinning areas.

The service was extremely slow.... one table got 25% off their bill while I got "all I can do is say I am sorry" when I complained about the very, very long wait. This is unfortunate , my meal was very good (dragon bowl with tofu) , those that had fries at my table were disappointed --cold fries. Great menu, understaffed

We always enjoy Brown's. The ambience is great and the food is guaranteed excellent. I usually order the halibut tacos (no chipotle) and they are out of this world! Tangy and vibrant flavours. The burgers are juicy and delicious comfort food and the Dragon Bowl is absolutely wonderful! And where else in Lethbridge can you enjoy an entirely respectable 5$ glass of wine or lager with your meal?

Story time! Friday night and my wife and I decide we wanted to get some take out and finally settled on Brown's Social House (was in the mood for a burger). So in she goes to finish other errands and pick food up on the way home. Well, when she gets home we notice the fries are missing from the bag, no biggie just call them let them know of their error and leave it at that. Well!! The manager gets on the phone and apologized for the inconvenience and insisted on driving to my home to complete my order... in Coalhurst!! Low and behold 15 mins later to my surprise he comes to my door fries in hand and I thank him profusely for making my night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants great customer service along with a great meal!

Great atmosphere & food. Love the variety and unique menu items. Our waitress Stacey was very personable & helped make our evening out very enjoyable!

The Asian fusion dishes are great. Burgers are under seasoned, a bit bland and the bun is dry. Cool atmosphere and good drinks

was in for lunch today with the wife for her Birthday,looks great inside,staff friendly,food well l found plain,Spicey chicken l think they forgot the spice,pub burger the wife says was taste less,sorry guys first impression not good

My first experience was alright. Calamari and dynamite roll were fantastic. Service was good, the mojito on the other hand, I did not enjoy at all. Today we went for dinner, waited just under an hour to receive our food. A table behind us came in after, and got their food before us. When we got our food, my steak was luke warm, as were my yam fries. The people I was with filled up on beer while waiting the 45+ minutes it took us to get our food. Not the greatest impression. But I will give it another go, as it is still opening week.

Great food, great atmosphere, great staff...nothing more I can say

Last night - feb 2 - I went in to watch the highly promoted hurricanes game that they were supposed to be showing. When we got there we asked for them to put it on and they had no clue had to get it running - by the time we did , the game was half over... We stayed anyways and watched the remainder of the hockey game , had a few beers, and I ordered a nacho with beef (for 4$ extra)!! - and they microwaved my nachos and the beef was not fresh - they cut up an old hamburger patty and threw it on my nachos - worst 15$ nacho I have ever had in my life !!! Lower your prices and put some effort into your food - last night was absolutely disgusting

Wow!! Very impressed with the food, menu choices and great service! I hope they can keep it up! A new fave place!

My son and daughter were there tonight for dinner to celebrate their birthdays. I couldn't be there because of the distance/weather so I called Browns and asked them to do something special for my kids. David....thank you for surprising them and making it a memorable evening for all of us.

Second time here, and had wonderful service, food was fantastic, and they catered to my food sensitivities, which was great. Awesome atmosphere. Will definitely be back.!

Went in on Friday for dinner with friends. Waited for thirty minutes after the hostess took us to our table...not one server even acknowledged that we were sitting there. Left without eating. Very disappointing. (I wouldn't even give you one star, but it won't let me post unless I do)

Best fish & chips in town, including the coleslaw! :-)
