Review Earls - Lethbridge

Didn't eat here... But made a mistake by pulling into there parking lot. Manager here was very rude and wasn't very polite when I tried to explain my mistake. Even got to the point that they even threatened to call the cops on me. I offered to stay and wait but he just swore at me and told me where to go and how to get there very quickly. So if this is how you treat someone that makes a simple mistake, I really wouldn't want to eat in your restaurant with an atmosphere like that. Very sad because I enjoyed eatting at earls but I will now never eat at this one. The thing I'd like to point out, nowhere on the property does it state " No Heavy Trucks".... What if I was stopping to eat here... Not like that'll happen now.

I haven’t eaten here in a long time (like 30 years). When I did last eat here, I really liked their food, especially the stir fry they had back then. On this visit with my girlfriend, we both weren’t impressed with the food. She ordered a hamburger and she said she could have had a better burger and fries at home. Myself I had a stir fry with noodles. The noodles were a bit tough and chewy, and myself I like big pieces of veggies in stir fry, like I make at home. Flavour-wise, it wasn’t anything special. We also shared a tempura appetizer…the pieces were small and wasn’t that great. The best thing was the service, our waitress was very upbeat checked on us often

I decided to give earls a try after not returning for quite some time. I was severely disappointed, it was my 30th birthday lunch, and the food and service was sub par at best. I am disappointed to write this review. The server didn’t seem very knowledge with the menu, and forgot to ask how I wanted my steak cooked, I asked for medium and it came out well done, and forgot to bring my condiments until halfway through my meal. Our drinks sat empty for a long time before being asked for a refill. The best part were the Truffle Fries. I did not have a positive experience, the $150 my partner spent on our bill was not worth it. I can’t say I will be in a hurry to return.

Ok so, my partner and I just ordered from here through skip the dishes and the food was just terrible. The Caesar salads tasted old, not to mention we bought large salads and were given a very small amount of dressing. So they managed to be pretty bland. I ordered wings and they were absolutely awful, somewhat questionable too, so I’m hoping that I don’t get sick in the next couple of days. The chicken strips were fine, but the fries were undercooked. All of this trouble and it coast is us $85. Very disappointed…..

Never had a bad experience at Earl Lethbridge till today. Alexia must not have know she had a table because we waiting for 15-20 minutes until I asked the hostess if we could get a server. NBD mistakes happen. But when the drinks take just about as long as the food… and then the food is made wrong. There was three tables in the restaurant, be better Earls.

I ended ordering a meal through skip the dish and maybe the food is better in the restaurant however for a $30 salmon dish it was pretty awful. The seasonal vegetables were extremely salty, the rice was very dry and the salmon was both dry and way to salty.

Great service and great food with a nice atmosphere and pretty scenery. Some good drink specials for every day of the week including weekends. Of which I had the gin Caesar, nice and spicy. I had the Brie and Fig sandwich for lunch which is always amazing, especially when paired with their savory Garlic fries. Everyone else in my party enjoyed the food and experience. We even got a bun type sample as an appetizer.

Great food options and environment. Servers were very nice, Madd great suggestions and provided good service.
