Servers are great and try their best. Manager seems to visit the table a bit much, should lay off and let the server do her job. The server was doing just fine but the manager would constantly check on us even though we were fine. Food was good for the restaurant , it's not the keg so don't expect the keg. Refills were always provided and server always had a friendly smile.

We liked it. We have been to rickies a few times as a family and I've been there a couple times with just my sister and we have liked it for the most part. We have felt super attended between the server the hostess and I believe the manager. We are constantly asked how things are and if they could better accommodate our infant (extra seats for the car seat, a more private booth and ect. The kids meals are fairly large which satisfies my 10 yr old who usually has to order from the adult menu or eat after we leave. And the kids love getting a little treat even if it is just a small ice cream sandwich. The only thing is some of the entrees are a little small for the price so if your super hungry you really need to watch what you order However everything has always been hot and fresh. We love that the menu is differnt then the same typical menus of many family resturants. We will go back.
