Review Industria Pizzeria + Bar - Laval

Beautifully decorated restaurant and the ingredients are fresh! The employees should be more enthusiastic a little smile on their face would make a big difference! The pasta we had was a good portion but a little bland! Pizza was delicious but burned on the crust! A bit smile, more seasoning for the pasta and if they took the pizza 30 seconds earlier I would definitely have given a 5 star review! I would definitely comeback again and try

I enjoyed every minute of it. The food doesn't disappoint, and I love the welcoming ambiance. The burata is absolutely delicious, and the nutella pizza can indulge any sweet tooth. To top it all off, the hospitality from the staff is beyond any expectation. A big thank you to Kamal for your graciousness. This spot is a must visit!

Great food and amazing ambiance! We really enjoyed the chicken submarine and the pizzas. Price is very reasonable. Thank you Rebecca and Marc for an exceptional service & smile.

Loved the chicken wing appetizers! It had a nice crunch on the outside & the bruschetta was tasty. The tomatoe sauce of the ravioli needed a bit more salt/flavor to cut the acid, but overall it was good. It would be nice to see more mocktail options on the menu.

Great atmosphere, ambience and seating. Good pizza ( love the scissors!) and calamari. The braised beef poutine was very tasty! The service was very good. Will go back again😁

Went there for dinner, service was exceptional. Marc took great care of us. Food was so mesmerizing. Loved that place! Will come back for sure!

The food and service was amazing. We were a party of 10 on a Saturday night who each spent at least 75$ each. Our table ordered about 20 drinks and 6 appetizers all before the actual meal. It was our friends birthday and we proceed to sing happy birthday and we were immediately shushed by seemingly the manager who was very rude. Our half of the restaurant was clapping and singing along showing that we weren’t bothering anyone during this 20 second song. I have no doubt that we were rudely shushed because we were a table of young people. We had not even received our drinks yet and this was our first impression… good thing the waitress was amazing. Next time, it maybe wouldn’t be such a great idea to start the evening by being rude to a big reservation like ours.

Really disappointed and gone downhill. Visited last night and was surprised that no one, not the waiter, the servers that came to our table or the cooks (visible) were wearing their masks (which are still mandatory). There was in our group an immunocompromised guest, and we did not feel that this showed respect towards him/your client guests. We had to ask the waiter to wear his mask correctly, and he made a sad effort to do so only at our table, but the other bus servers did not. Then, the food, which until now, we have always enjoyed without incident. Yesterday, one of the pasta dishes was disgusting and greasy, and another had crunchy dirt on the mushrooms which were obviously not washed well. We have never had a pizza with blue cheese as one of the cheeses (yuck) and this was not on listed the menu for the 4 cheese pizza (unless they simply put a moldy cheese on the pizza because it was actually blue). Overall no one was happy with their meal. There are other options right next door that are better, and we likely won't be visiting your establishment again. I would give zero stars if possible based on the poor food quality last night.

Very poor and rude service; decent food. Ordered two pizzas and two pastas to share amongst four. The waitress forgot to order our second pizza, asked her if the second pizza was on its way after getting our food. She mentioned it was coming. Midway into our dinner, I asked another waiter about the status of our pizza. To our surprise, the waitress never ordered it...and she came back to our table rudely questioning us whether or not we initially ordered a second pizza. Also ordered sangria pitcher which was never served; I guess we had to pour it in our own glasses ourselves. I asked for the remaining pizza to go, which I never got. And... to top it all off when I tipped a 10% I was even asked why so little and if there was something wrong. Just ridiculous.

We went Saturday night for a birthday supper, group of 12 people. Most of us at the table are foodies, so we enjoy trying new places and understand quality. The strawberry mojito was not bad. We started with grilled octopus, it came in a cannellini bean purée with red kidney beans + celery. What a bad mix, 6 of us tried it and no one liked it. The porchetta sliders where not bad. The grilled lamb chops was the best thing that was served that night, it was well cooked and tasted amazing. Most of us got pizza, but were very disappointed. I had prosciutto e ruccola pizza. The pizza itself was very soggy and you can tell that the tomato sauce they used was watered down. No taste what so ever and I've had a lot of pizzas in different places. Definitely not worth the 22$ it cost. My boyfriend got the calabrese pizza which was also soggy, the spicy soppressata used tasted good but overall the pizza wasn't worth having again. The funghi pizza was not bad, not memorable though. The canolli shell was way over cooked, all of them where broken when served, the filling was tasty. The tiramisu was very watery. Overall, we left there, laughed and said that this place wasn't worth coming back to, mutual agreement. Too bad because I had high hopes that Industria pizzeria was going to be the new "in place" to eat at Carrefour Laval. Don't think they will last long with the quality of their food unfortunately � But I will mention that our waitress gave good service to the table.

Great location! The look is just superb! Atmosphere is great... service was slow...Nice menu...had to ask for the wine menu as it was not in the table neither offered... selection was ok... not every wine advertised was in yet...neither all the draft beers...the champignon crostini appetizer had good taste but it took too long to be served so it wasn’t hot and crispy. The orecchiette salsiccia and rapini pasta was delicious and the duck ravioli was ok but the temperature was not right and the sauce overtook the duck flavor...Last it will be great if they had their own home made hot sauce condiment in addition to the spicy oil (like in Pizzeria Bottega nearby)� Will come back to try other things I found interesting in the menu and hope to have better service. We went twice in one week. Once for lunch once for supper. First time amazing service waiter constantly kept refilling our water super nice and bilingual. Second time other waiter only spoke french, had to ask frequently for water.... but food nonetheless was amazing. I just wish there was a bigger pizza menu (More options) im pregnant and most pizzas are not options i can eat. Cant wait to go back. A must try and u will not regret it!!! And to top it off the place is gorgeous. Its true music very loud (supper but not during lunch)... wasnt much of a date night we had to yell over music which turned us off from having a conversation and we left right away! (Major headache). Id still go back in a heart beat....

Repas au midi. Difficile de trouver du stationnement mais excellente pizza cuite au four à bois avec de généreuses et savoureuses garnitures et le tout servi avec style et une grande paire de ciseaux en stainless pour se tailler soi-même sa portion. Et pourquoi pas agrémenter le toit de leur succulente huile épicé. Le tout dans une ambiance stylisée, bien aérée et avec un service courtois et professionnel. Et surtout, n'oubliez pas de terminer votre repas avec l'excellente pizza au Nutella. On peut choisir côté Bar ou salie à manger et dans les deux, on est confortablement assis à de grandes tables. Merci c'était une belle expérience gustative.

Not a great experience. Made reservations for 8pm, had to wait more than 25 minutes to get seated (while others that came in after us got seated). Finally sat down and had to wait another 20 minutes for anyone to even come to our table for a drink order or to even fill our water glasses. The drinks were not impressive - one wasn't even drinkable, it just tasted awful. The food was decent, but my pizza lacked flavour and was very "watery". Our waitress was very nice, but was clearly overwhelmed due to the restaurant being severely understaffed for a Saturday night. We likely will not be returning to this location any time soon.

The waiter we had gave us good service and was friendly, the restaurants decore is really nice, very loud but there’s a bar area in front of restaurant. Food was pretty good. A little to expensive though.

Rude and poor service... bring the bill and we didn’t even finish eating. Pizza not worth it unless u want to eat bread. First and last time.

Nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes du côté bar tres bon service!! Vraiment bonne pizza! Nous avons pris salade césar pas la meilleure que j ai mangé aurait besoin d amélioration et aussi pris l entrée de pieuvre excellente au goût mais vraiment pas beaucoup de pieuvres pour le prix un peu cher!! Sinon c est bien excellenr service!!

Vraiment super bon , J' ai bien aimé ce resto , je vais y retourner c ' est sûr ! Et dans un très beau décor !

Beau décor très spécial et chaleureux, tout est bon la pizza , les pâtes, et le Osso bocco ça a l'air succulent a essayé la prochaine visite, le service très bon mais un peu long je pense car on était un groupe de 20 pers.faut l"essayer !!

Souper de filles (4), le 3 janvier 2018. Service rien à dire personnel excellent. La nourriture non du tout. Pizza croûte brûlée et froide, une des filles a pris le tartare de saumon à la première bouchée trouvait que avait drôle de goût. A prit 3-4 bouchées. N'a pas filée a été malade. Nous avons contacté le restaurant hier soir et le gérant avec accent italienne a été pas très coopératif sauf de dire que son tartare était frais ce matin!!!! Wow 2e visite à ce restaurant pour leur donner une chance car c'était l'ouverture et nos plats étaient froid mais là fini surtout qu'une de nous est encore malade ce matin.

Service extrêmement lent. Nos plats sont arrivés à 15 minutes d’intervalle peut importe le plat principal. L’un des pires service client. Aucune courtoisie des serveurs. Mélange dans les factures et dans le service des plats. Jusqu’à la fin de notre soirée nous avons été déçu. Nous étions un groupe et nous avons eu l’impression d’être oublié toute la soirée.
