We had an insect on our plate and when we called the waitress to telk her about it she was talking to us very disrespectfully. However, the other employees were very polite and they handled the situation well. The food was okay.

I liked the Brossard Eggsquis and wanted to give a try to the one close to our home in Laval. Not the best experience, nobody gave us any menus, we took them by ourselves and then shared them with the table next to us whom as well was waiting for the menus for a while. Annoyed waitress, did not come back to check on us once, after the plates were brought, no water glasses offered. Not coming back.

Dear Management, we need to do something about the waitresses here. MOST (not all), but most refuse to serve English speakers in the language of their choice. Greeters and manager are always courteous and do not mind speaking English. Waitresses on the other hand seem to be very bothered. Next time I will only tip these inconsiderate employees 5%. The food is good. That's why I gave 2 stars. The service is garbage. Merci et bonne journée.

J'ai été manger a votre restaurant Dimanche le 3 Décembre 2017 vers 11hr45 et
nous avons beaucoup aimer nos assiettes, tout était délicieux, ainsi que le service et l'accueil et la propreté de l'établissement no.1 et en plus !!! quoi de mieux pour agrémenter notre repas qu'un chanteur, un Crooner Eric Mainville wow, nous avons adorés notre expérience chez vous, alors, nous allons y revenir avec grand plaisir et je recommande votre restaurant Eggsquis a tous, merci beaucoup Christine & Dimitri à bientôt.

J'ai demandé un bagel au saumon et reçu une assiette de fruits avec une salade au saumon et un bagel apart.... les fruits n'étaient pas frais et j'avais meme une framboise moisi dans mon assiette,lorsque je l'ai mentionné à la serveuse elle m'a seulement dit ;je vais montrer ça au cuisinier...bref très décevant .ce sera ma dernière visite a cet endroit.

Nous sommes venus souvent ici, et jamais nous n'avons été aussi mal servis que par Kleopatra, une frustrée du service alors que les autres femmes sont très souriantes, nous avons eu un meilleur service de la busgirl qui était attentive à ses clients et a fini par faire plus que la service qui était passive-agressive et rendait tout le monde inconfortable.
