I have never faced any issues with the delivery except this time. I got the wrong puffs but it was hard not to eat them.

Management should be pro-active about training their young staff who worked at the counter. The girl behind the counter called out my name and dropped the box on the top of the counter like she was trying to get rid of me. She did not smile, thank me or wish me a good day. Good customer service goes a long way.

I give it 4 stars for taste, while for service 2 stars is generous, hence the 3 stars review. First this is the second time when I find a group of boys in front of the door talking and smoking, then when I was inside I was ignored for a good 3-4 minutes until someone else entered to be served and I raised the point that I have been waiting there for a while now and my order was not taken yet.

Yummy and fresh puff. Be ready for the long line. Been coming here since they first open and fell in love wit the puff. Great customer service and friendly place. Will come back :)

Much lighter and fluffier than Tim bits, less calories and some vegan toppings available. Our favorite flavor remains the sugar/cinnamon. Found the others too sweet and clawing. Loved the strawberry flavor ones, but could do without the sugar coating. Not sure if we could have ordered it that way but they make them to order, so maybe.
A bit pricey. 12 puffs for 5.50$ (June 2018 pricing).
This is the original location. Renovated and expanded since June 2018. I like the new look and great that there is more inside seating.

Ordered double chocolate, chocolate-strawberry and cinnamon-sugar but a lot of the cinnamon-sugar didn’t have any coating on them :( we still ate them lol
I asked that the cinnamon-sugar to be in the middle of the 50 pieces box on the order, but I think it was overlooked. :( it was not visually nice, but we still ate them. lol
We still enjoyed, but the order was not on point.

Delicious pastries. I was served fast and our order was done in under a minute. I found the place too loud and a bit crowded. It was my first time here, but it was reccomended by 2 friends who both advised to eat them as fresh as possible. I got salted caramel and cinamon sugar. I very much enjoyed both flavours.
