Had a really great experience with my family here for a special event. The portions are nice and big and all their steaks are amazing. The staff were super friendly and caring which was especially appreciated since one of our members had a dairy allergy. Our waitress Ariane deserves a special shout out as she was amazing. She was super helpful with he menu and explaining all our options while also being super friendly.

Honestly the vibe was so good ! The place is very nice. Came on a saturday night so the place was really crowded but had a reservation which i would recommend to do better than waiting because that brings me to the reason why I’m giving 4 stars not 5 is because my reservation was on 9:30 i came at 9:30 but waited for 25 mins , couple of minutes would be okay but 20-30 mins is a lot. Otherwise the steak was perfectly cooked, loved the food and the service.

What a great girls night out. Food was amazing, atmosphere relaxing with a great ambiance. Our waitress Pamela was outstanding, attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to make our evening special. Wish l could give her 6 stars, she made the difference between a good dining experience, and a great dining experience!!!

We have been regular customers at this establishment for many years unfortunately something has gone wrong with there service and the quality of the meat. We were seated at a table for 6 in in the terrace, we ordered appetizers and started with 1 bottle of wine I must say that it started well and we were satisfied so far however the main courses took forever to arrive and out of the 6 plates only my wife’s tenderloin was prepared correctly the 3 rib steaks were tough and the crusted salmon was rare anyway after making this known to the waitress she called the manager over and he took the plates back and threw the fish back in the oven to attain the proper cooking we didn’t complain about the steaks since were waiting so long to get our food and the other 2 bottles of wine, we decided to just finish our meals. As for the deserts good as always but I must say that the service staff needs a lot of improvement and maybe get some coaching from there senior staff partners like Sylvie I don’t think we will be going back for a while and if we do we will definitely ask to be seated in the main dining room. Ps I rarely complain and write negative reviews but a couple of weeks prior to last nights dinner I had dinner with my wife and had to return my steak because it was tough as nails

In general, the food was good -even though pricey, the waitress was attentive and the atmosphere was nice (even though the AC was on and it was icing cold!) Our general experience turned sour, however, the moment the manager asked us to leave because she wanted to sit another family at our table: We had payed for our meal, but were still sipping through our coffees and finishing our deserts. We were generally annoyed by the whole situation, but figured that we would leave. Before we left, however, we still wanted to express our disappointment to the manager and the hostess whose responses were quite rude and inconsiderate of our state. They made it clear that as we had paid our bill- which was rushed by the waitress btw- we had to leave room to another family...Anyways this ended our evening quite abruptly and I guess the staff's responses were probably what made us decide to never return to this particular location. Management needs a serious review of their customers service protocols!

C'est un endroit où la couleur de peau est problématique seulement après avoir payé une facture de 250$. C'est un endroit où les noirs se font sortir à coups de "les clients n'aiment pas vous voir ici", sans AUCUNE raison. Une honte pour le Canada qui est une terre d'accueil.

Bien franchement, vous méritez une plainte formelle... Mettre une personne de couleur dehors car d'autres clients ne sont pas bien dans leur tête?! Une plainte formelle est de mise��������� Quelle honte pour vous... votre employé devrait même perdre son emploi... où est le gérant dans tout ça?

Attente beaucoup trop longue, attente au bar, tres difficile, manque d’efficacité de la part du personnel, par contre, 1h45 plus tard, ( on nous avais dis 60 a 75 minutes) une fois rendu à ta table un excellent repas et un excellent service avec une serveuse (Gabrielle) qui a offert une prestation impeccable. On a déjà eu de meilleure soirée pour 450$/ 4 personnes. J’ai l’occasion de visiter plusieurs Keg a travers le Canada et celui la, est le plus imprévisible. Le meilleur à Montréal est celui sur University, jamais de surprise et si ça a déborde, le gérant sait bien s’occuper des clients, après tout, on étais pas la pour manger des Nacho avec des frites, en tétant une Budweiser. Une semaine plus tard 10 novembre 2017, pas de commentaire, de la part The Keg Carrefour Laval, on semble prendre la clientèle pour acquis. Dommage le repas est excellent, mais pas de constance dans la qualité du service offert, et en exclusivité à Laval seulement.

Faire preuve de racisme systémique envers vos clients est inacceptable. C’est honteux. J’espère que les gens vont porter plainte contre l’administration de votre restaurant et que vous recevrez un appel de la Commission des droits de la personne pour vous rappelez qu’il y a des valeurs et droits fondamentaux que vous ne pouvez pas bafouer!

Awesome food, really good. Well worth it. Negative side: Way too many people. Waiting for a table on a Saturday evening was 1h30. But the good thing was that you could leave a cell number and go have a drink somewhere else, that was good.
