Review Taco Bell - Langley Township

I bought a big box meal the the chalupaeas burn fries taste grouse if I was near I would've gone back and returned it

I wish I could take a picture of just how cold my food is after waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru and to get my drinks not even filled up all the way…. Not only did the person helping me not apologize for the 40 minute wait through a fast food establishment but the manager on duty looked to be in no rush at all. He would rather lean on the buttons that clear the order screen which was flashing showing how long of waits people are waiting. And to top it off they locked the doors to walk in customers. Absolutely NO reason should the service be 40 minutes long and have someone sweeping the front of restaurant.. all hands on deck? Absolutely not here. This place needs to close there doors for good. Absolutely furious and a waste of 40 minutes.

Taco Bell maybe has good taco but KFC makes horrible chicken sandwiches! This cost me $7.29 … lol

I went to get the Kentucky Scorcher today. I saw the ad for it and was excited to try it. I’m now very disappointed, there is no sauce at all its not even spicy. A huge waste of my money and my time, considering I had to wait 15 minutes. (Pictures = expectations Vs Reality.)

I could cross all the country for a crunchy cheese gordita. We know it’s not a real taco, but still been delicious. Slow service but kindly, I prefer to order directly in the counter because it was a big line for the drive thru. I can’t believe there are so few Taco Bell in BC. I give 4 stars because the place it was dirty and old.

There's no point in ordering pickup if they are just going to wait until you arrive to start making your order. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes to get my food, just to wait another 10 there, I would've just gone through the drive thru. Crunchy tacos instead of soft, beef instead of bean burritos. Are you even trying?

This is consistently the slowest fast food place I visit. This is taking into account that this is a busy restaurant, but even still, I could drive to Cloverdale and get my food faster than here. There are not enough employees and the ones that are here are usually completely zoned out. They also rarely have Baja Blast, which is one of the main draws of going to a Taco Bell. Every time I come here I wish I went somewhere else. I get the runs from eating here faster than it would take to get my food.

Unfortunately I'm going to assume skip the dish and other food services really occupy the staff. There could be more professionalism and enthusiasm due to it being a rub on workspace. Great leadership and motivation needed. Quality is usually a "6.7/10" considering a multi product fast food joint. Drive thru time: 11mins avg wait time with highs of 18mins, and lowest 6.5mins. Walk in you're usually expected to be greeted and serviced 🤭 by one cashier who serve front end. Anticipate long order times inside around dinner/dessert times with waves. Usually honor mistakes. Can improve drastically.
