Review Subway - Langley Township

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. I don't know if it's just a lazy thing or owners are actively trying to train their employees poorly but it seems like every subway in the Langley area has the same terrible service. I use to work and manage multiple subways and I can speak from personal experience. It doesn't take a lot of extra effort to make a decent sub. At the very least, the person making the sub could pay attention to the customer and actually make it the way they ask. In my case, there were multiple instances where I explained how I wanted things done and I was either asked repeatedly the same questions or I had to correct the person. for example, I asked for one of my subs microwaved and they put it in the toaster. I asked for a single line of mayo and they put on 3 lines. I asked for a little bit of sweet onion sauce and they proceed to squeeze the bottle like it owed them money! The last and final straw was the ever popular cutting of the sandwich with the nasty, dirty knife from the magical slot below the counter that probably hasn't been cleaned out all day. I call this the special sauce bonus and lucky for everyone, it's free to charge. Be better people, try just a little harder. Most Subways have tip box at the end of the counter. Can you honestly say you deserve to ask for a tip, even if it's passively just sitting there so the customer drops their loose change in it? I miss making my own subs. oh how I miss it.

I was extremely impressed with the service levels from Jemiah at this store! He was incredibly personable, professional, and he really brightened my in-store experience. I would really love it if you called him out for doing such an excellent job. Very impressed and I will be coming back as a result :)

For some reason the bread at this location is so tough may be day or 2 old. The type the cuts the inside of your mouth when you bite in. Today the girl making my sandwich showed attitude and was probably under the impression that I was feeding a mouse. Im sure subway has a recommendation as to how much veggies to put on a sandwich but 3 pieces of spinach and hardly any other toppings? Not impressed had to ask multiple times for more. Need better staff after reading other reviews might just be an issue with this girl wont be back tons of other location in the area.

Ordered online and they made extra effort to make it even better than if it was ordered with the customer watching. Jam packed with ingredients and everything correct in the order, as well as being ready on time. Best Subway in the Fraser Valley.

I stopped in this week in a rush. I ordered a salad with extra tuna. I was stunned at the level of service she gave. It was hands down my best customer service experience I’ve had at a subway. If there is a Lisa that works here that was her name. For something as simple as a salad it was made perfectly. 5 stars was an easy one here.

Morning sandwich artist regularly has to clarify 5 or more things on my order because she talks on the phone through earbuds while serving customers. Slowest serivce ive ever experienced with subway by far, but they always seem to make the sandwiches themselves better than any other local subway. Very average cleanliness. If it wasnt for the piss poor customer service this could easily be four stars or more.

This is another location of Subway, which most people must be familiar with. At least in my experience, I've had nothing but good service here. Like all others, good veggie options here. Try the chipotle sauce.
