Review Mcdonald's - Langley Township

Went threw drive threw on my way home from work got a Big Mac poutine and a second burger got home to the food freezing cold and tasting like it was left out for a couple days after calling three times the phone number was oblivious turned off and so I went back threw drive threw and asked for my food to be remade the guy I was talking to completely ignored me for 4 minutes after moving too the first window he was already taking the car behind me’s order after waiting for 15 min I finally got my food back and done properly. Overall poor experience

literally the sloweat service Ive ever experienced in my entire life. ONE car ahead of me in the drive through. my car has been parked engine off for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. took 10 minutes for have someone say hello on the drive thru board.

My experience was made awesome by Radhvi! I was tired from work and was looking to get something to eat. Radhvi didn't just made nice suggestions but also got my order made fresh and nice. Would recommend visiting to have your day made awesome by such reps.

Took 25 minutes to get my order that sat there on the counter while it was slowly filled and when i got it i had to return to get the items that were not given to me. 5 other people waiting for smaller orders.. 1 guy waited 10 minutes for a coffee.. absolutely ridiculous

Kudos to Jordan at the drive through. Very pleasant young man with a lovely personality who offered me a free coffee when I forgot my wallet at home. Nice start to the day. Thanks Jordan.

Just want to highlight one worker named Sarah, she was very friendly and handled my smoothie with much delicacy and care. Made me feel cared for and ended off my night well.

Food was cold, tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and on top of that I was in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes waiting for my food. Not good service at all.

Food is what it is (McDonalds);<br/>Food not very fresh;<br/>You are not going to be eating healthy;<br/>Bathrooms are not very clean;<br/>Milkshakes taste like styrofoam;<br/>Prices are very high for what you are getting these days.<br/>
