Review Adrian's At The Airport - Langley Township

Looks better than it tasted. The roast lamb was very tender but bland & the dressing on the Greek salad was watery. The waitress was dismissive & was already walking away from the table as soon as she put down a plate or glass. Didn't bother to ask about beverages or condiments as the main courses were served. Was apparently "running around like a headless chicken" but had time to let other tables in our area know about it. When we asked for refills on drinks, we were dismissed more than once. She had only 5 tables in her section, plus help from a trainee runner. It was not a busy night, and yes, I have worked as a server. This was a disappointing experience.

This was our first time at Adrian’s at The Airport. We just finished a lovely meal with wonderful and friendly service. I had the roast lamb and it was as seasoned perfectly and was delicious. My companions enjoyed the Spanakopita Meal and the Mushroom Schnitzel. The Greek rice, salad and potatoes were a great match. The Schnitzel came with delicious cooked cabbage. The meal was really good. The place was really great. Truly we enjoyed the food, we will be back! The plates are mostly empty except the Spanakopita that we wanted to take with us for tomorrow. Thank you for the great meal.

Food and service was exceptional. My friend and I ordered chicken souvlaki and I really enjoyed the flavors. Their tzatziki sauce is special. Never had that great flavor before, although I've been in Greece 🇬🇷. The "touch" of extra garlic made it so special. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone..

We really like the food here especially the Greek platter, as well as the atmosphere. The waitresses have always been really friendly to us and seem relaxed but also very attentive to their customers. I love that we can eat dinner next to the airport runway and watch the planes take off. This place is awesome for kids who love airplanes. The menu has a great variety of food to suit everyone’s needs. It’s also located next door to the Canadian Museum of Flight, so it makes for a wonderful family day out to do dinner and the museum.

UPDATE: I decided to book reservations for Father’s Day because I enjoyed my meal so much the other day. I booked reservations for 10 people at 6pm. We are going to make it a monthly event with our family. Every single one of us agreed the food and service was great and it was super busy!! First time dining in today for lunch with a friend and I really enjoyed my spanakopita lunch. Super tasty and large portion, good service and good prices. I look forward to coming back with my husband. So close to home but never been before until today. It was quite busy in there around 1:00 on a Wednesday which is a good sign.

I have been to Adrian's At The Airport quite a few times in the past. It was a place that my Mom used to love and she would always suggest it for family dinners. I was shocked that the restaurant had been replaced with a new and modern building...but I loved it! My husband and I will definitely be going back, soon!

The food is good. It's not gourmet or anything. It was served fast and the taste hit all the right spot. Nothing too crazy. But I would come back for the service. Just awesome server, good ambiance, clean place, and family friendly. We came here for our children birthday celebration. They were all in all very accommodating. Plus it's located right by the airport. Our kids love that combination.

This place was great. The menu was extensive, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was really good. I was a bit sorry they didnt have the wine in stock that we wanted but they recommended something similar and it was really good. For some reason, the place was almost empty on a Saturday, but for no reason I could figure.

Decent food and lots of space to accommodate big groups.  Server was very tolerant of our 2 girls (4 and 2) who struggled with a long family dinner and ran around and made some noise.  Saganaki and other greek food is good.  The short rib special was delicious.  Pasta was marginal.

Terrible service, overpriced food. We had a reservation for 6pm on a Saturday night. When we arrived, they had forgotten to write our reservation down, but we were seated right away, and the restaurant was not full. That should have been our first warning sign - that the restaurant wasn't full at 6pm on a Saturday night. We waited 1 hour 45 minutes for our dinner, and during that time, the server didn't approach us once, and neither did the manager. The table behind us also waited the same amount of time for their food. When the food finally arrived, our son didn't get his meal and he had to wait an extra 20 minutes for it. When we finally had to approach the bar to ask where his meal was, and when he finally got his meal, there was no apology or explanation from anyone. While the food was reasonably tasty, the portions were tiny and the meal prices were clearly over-inflated. The server didn't ask us once how our meals were. We were just out for a family dinner. We are a polite bunch. There was just no reason for us to be neglected like we were. A disappointing experience to say the least, and we will never return.

Party of 4 on a Friday evening. Service was fine, the place was busy until 8 PM then quiet. Food was good and portions were ample. All four of us had various Schnitzles and everyone enjoyed the meal. I would dine here again.

One of Langley's best restaurants!. The mushroom caps and kalamari meal was super good!! If anyone wanted reasonable pricing, generous portions and delicious food in a cozy atmosphere ..this is the place to be!! If anyone wanted to have the family over to celebrate a birthday or anniversary or any other special occasion..you might think that the place was solely yours for the night!! Such a delight to go to this restaurant on special occasions or even for a "just because"...do take a loved one over and see for experience for yourselves...the owner takes pride in his "very involved hands on" service which he often times give when time permits:)...bon appetit!

I had their Alfredo with scallops and prawns. The Alfredo tasted like it was the instant stuff from a packet, the pasta was WAY over cooked, the scallops were all tiny like you can buy at the grocery store and it tasted like nothing. The view was beautiful but it can't camouflage the crappy food. Never going back.

Coming in surely had a great breezy feeling -- especially since it's close to the airport..DUH! Lol! Other than the breezy ambience, the food was pretty good despite what seems to be quite expensive for an 8/10 rating in terms of the quality of food. The food was pretty good..I ordered a schnitzel with a parmigiana with red cabbage and some veggies on the side. I'd definitely come back on special occasions just because I think it's quite expensive.

Nice dinner. We stopped by for dinner one night on a wet dreary Friday night, we pass by all the time and decided to give it a try. I had the lamb and my wife had the greek meatballs. Both dishes were big portions and very tasty. We sat outside in the new area which was very nice and heated, great on a rainy night. Our server attended to us much like we like, not over-bearing, but there when we needed her. Overall a good experience, and good value.

Dissapointed. We ate there last nite(Nov 02) @ 6:30, having reservations for a group of 11. The fri. nite special of prime rib was "sold out". We waited for 2 hours to get our food. When question as to the reason for the delay the waitress repied in an annoyed tone that "she was not the cook". We advised her we weren't blaming her but would like to speak the the manager/owner. No one came to see us. When we asked how they could be out of their special so early in the evening the waitress replied "people came earlier for it" and "we can't keep it available all nite" . She had an attitude all nite. People came after us received their food before us. The only eacuse offered for the long wait was "we have a very small kitchen". Interestingly , they have expanded their seating area to almost twice from what it was previously, yet nothing was done about the kitchen? We were the last to be served food, and the last to leave, and when we left the owner hid in the kitchen and refused to come out to see us. The quality of the meals, when they finally arrrived, was good. But all was spoiled by the lengthy wait and the waitress's attitude. Will probably never go back. Too bad, they used to be so good. Sometimes bigger is not better.

Service was horrible! Tried 3 times, wanted to give it a fare chance. Extremely disappointed with the food. The view seems to be the only thing it has going for it. :(

Seemed okay. Stopped in while waiting for the Sundance balloon people to show up. My friend had the corsica chicken and happily ate the whole thing - he must have enjoyed it. He ordered a side greek salad too and I really can't comment because for the most part, I wasn't allowed to eat it (he'll be ticked off if he reads this but it's true!!). On a side note, one tiny piece of garlic bread took 15 mintues to come?<br/><br/>The service was great. Very friendly and attentive. I would probably eat here if I wanted to attempt another balloon ride. Nice menu with lots of greek food. Mmm.

Delicious!!. Wow, what a fantastic meal.. Mmmm Mmmm Mmmmmm!mmmm. My taste buds were sent on a culinary journey, explosions of flavour bursting in my mouth. The meal was very arousing and left me longing for more. I will definitely be back!!!! <br/>Great service as well ;-)
