Review Tim Hortons - Langley City

Every time I have gone to this Tim’s, I have an issue. Ordered the harvest breakfast sandwich this morning. They gave me regular sausage …and the lettuce I added is moldy and wilted. I am shocked this location hasn’t been closed down due to food safe issues.

Luke warm lattes. I called and let them know. The next morning drove through and they parked me in order to get 1 hot coffee. Nothing else. 7 mins I sat outside finally called in. The manager was rude and said they would not make others behind me wait because I wanted a hot coffee. I was told I would be parked again if I ask for my coffee hot in the future. Shouldn't be on your drive through menu if you cant present it hot. And they gave me the wrong coffee when they finally brought it out

Omg worst coffee ever!!! So watered down it doesnt even look right. Honestly tastes like they made it with the water they used to wash the pot...and sure taste different from 4x4 i get at other tims. Update: dec 13th had the most disgusting sandwich. You guys couldnt even take the time to put it together. Terrible service

It was terrible! The staff left the main door open when the temperature outside was -2 degree and we had our coffees in freezing cold. We did tell the staff that we were freezing but they paid no heed. Nobody bothered to close the door! When questioned later, they said that the door was left open as they were cleaning the grill. I didn't expect this from Tim Hortons. There should be a better exhaust system to take care is such issues. Having coffee inside the cafe in freezing temperatures is unacceptable

I come here a lot since I work near by only get my order right half the time. Usually they always mess up one thing like today my bagel.

Staff was very young & not well trained. As result you can't make discouraging comments.Didnt receive coffee credit on TH app, selection of donuts limited but the positive was that Boston Cream donut had more filling than normal.Restaurant could utilize a better cleaning routine; two washrooms weren't available???,only handicap was open & it surprisingly was clean---which isn't the case in most.To be accurate this was store in Osooyos,BC

Tim Hortons went severely down hill when the American bought it. Its no longer Canada's favorite. The bathrooms are horrible, I'm not sure if they have been cleaned this year. Its been over an hour and my shoes are still sticky from the mens' room floor. The food...the service horrible. Ordered a side of wedges, cup barley 3/4 full and cold. I asked for a side of sauce and happily paid for it, when I asked if the cup could be filled more than half all I got was attitude and told I should buy another. WHAT did I pay for the FIRST time?!? This place used to be the go to...now its the must avoid. Good Work Tim Hortons!

Whoever made my sausage farmer’s wrap this morning is an absolute star. Piping hot, zestier sauce than usual, and wrapped tightly in a well-textured semi-whole wheat tortilla?? Kudos to you, mystery wrapper.
