Review Tim Hortons - Langley City

I usually visit this location during my lunch break and this what I got in my bowl, I ordered veggie bowl, it doesn’t even look like its half, I spent almost $25 and this what I got, very disappointing, when I called the location to get my refund around 1pm the staff told that the manager is not at store, even no supervisor answered my call. How come during the store hours there is no manager and supervisor at shift. Very horrible service I really want my money back and don’t want to come back to this location. I think the staff needs proper training.

Busy place but efficient staff and a good selection of baked goods. I always get a chocolate chip muffin and its always fresh and tasty!! I would recommend give them a visit and try out your favourites from tim Hortons menu.. 😊

The most delicious and appetizing Boston cream donut I ever have!!!! Absolutely love the location and very co-operative staff. Place is clean and quite. Love to visit again ✌️✌️

Horrible service yesterday evening , only if I can give 0 star I would. Jaskamal was serving me she didn't asked for any dipping sauce , which is your job , later when I said I can pay for it she got furious like if its a botheration. If you don't have the patience to deal with customer and provide good customer service , I would say don't even work and stay at home. The waiting time inside is too long. She has zero customer service. No wonder all the reviews are horrible for this location. When you cant deliver customer service , you should not work .

I always visit this store very often, because it is near to my office, but they served me cold drinks specially it happens quite a few times now and their manager do not have any senses because she yell at the staff in front of so many people which is exceedingly poor behavior. I guess they need to change their manager as she needs more training to deal with the employees.

I wish I could give 0 stars. That was terrible experience I went here to grab 2 iced caps and Boston cream donuts, when I paid cash the short hair girl took my money and grab the donuts without washing hands, the donuts even does not have proper filling. The taste of iced cap was disgusting and it was like quarter cup. The lady does not even give me straw and when I ask for straw she throw the straw at me. Very ill mannered staff need to learn how to behave with customer. The owners attention is required.

This tim Horton is doing good day by day I guess. There new staff is so much better than the old one specially Jaskamal… she is so disrespectful always shouting on orders talking so loudly… I was about to order an ice capp and she was making something for drive thro order… Maybe her manager is cool or the owner won’t care about… why she was talking on phone while on floor.. I asked a girl who was taking my order and she has nothing to say about it. Wow!! Best of luck guys with your new staff I think you should get rid of your old one atleast your review will change that are been same from 2-3 years. Hope it helps …!
