Review Tim Hortons - Langley City

Excellent location. I really like the renovations and look of this Tim Hortons. And it wasn't too busy like other locations as well. I took the liberty of adding the hours into Google Maps as posted on the door of this business, hard to read as I can't tell if it's 5am or 6 am. This location was marked as temporarily closed or shutdown. Which may have been a reason as to why a lot of people weren't going there. I had seen this location many times on maps but it was showing that it was shutdown. So I had never went. And I would imagine this was a factor for a lot of people.

I really like the renovation they did here recently: everything looks fresh and clean. The outside seating area is a nice touch on a nice day. As far as tim hortons go (they’re almost all terrible), this location seems more on-the-ball. Much cleaner than other locations, and the morning staff at least seem to be quite efficient and hard-working.

Please, please bring back the honey mustard so I don't have to bring my own.

Acknowledged me. Took some time, but it was busy. It's definitely one of the nicer locations around Langley Township.

The cashier was in training and did an excellent job with my modified lunch sandwiches. The lady in charge who was helping with the training and looked to be in charge was working extremely hard. She was very sorry for the wait because it was very busy. Everyone did a great job.

Tried the cilantro lime loaded chicken bowl but it wasn't super impressive. The Mexican rice is pretty tasty but the chicken wasn't great and the only flavoring was the sauce. Overall good location and efficient service.

Food was alright felt the Begal was very stale tasting and that the egg was sitting in the cabinet for a while that it was dried out I had asked for bacon but they put sausage on I didn't realize the mistake until I got back to work and the doughnuts we had ordered were very stale they definitely weren't fresh. tried to call the restaurant but no one answered the phone Service was decent she was friendly but I had to correct her a few times when see what put on the order screen sheet was apologetic but attentive she told me she's new n just learning which is completely o.k she did a wonderful job The atmosphere was ok it was decently clean for a after morning rush

Love my dark roast coffee Service is good here

Needs restaffing. Staff is made up of people that are so incompetent they can't even work at tim Horton's. RESTAFF

Very rude service by a hound Indian girl at 5.30 am on Friday 17 August 2012. Also texting on cell phone before addressing customers order.
