Ordered via skip. Must say the customer service I experienced from this location was unlike any other fast food experience in I've had! I made a mistake on my order without realizing, the Tim Hortons member noticed it and gave me a call to clarify and fix it before it came my way!! Super appreciate
I recently rated this Timmy's 4 stars, however, my recent visit was very disappointing. So I'm now changing it to one star. Not only did I give a basic order sausage and egg breakfast combo, but they made me wait 25 minutes in a park install to bring it. Once they brought it the order was incorrect.
Lineup area not clear, two lines for two registers it seems, but then no one working cashiers for quite a while. Worst experience at a Tim Hortons. I went through the drive through, and was asked to repeat my order 5 times. Just to find out that they were out of crispy chicken. The drinks in my order were a LG steepped tea double double, and XL triple triple, and a LG frozen lemon aid. What I got was 2 LG
