Review Kfc - Langley City

KFC at willowbrook mall shopping centre. Has no idea how to cook food. Manager and workers are clueless. Gave me a undercooked zinger sandwich I got a refund for the sandwich but service unsafe foods are unacceptable. Train your staff or get out of business, never eating here. Almost made me throw up. KFCs in surrey are bad but this one is worse.

This place just needs a complete staff overhaul. How do you mess up fried chicken?!

Buy a meal in a box the cashier told me that they serve chicken when u buy 10pcs and need to wait because they need to cook it... So I ordered for 10pcs. The cashier told me its 15minutes wait so I said yes...sad to say I almost need to wait for 30mins before my order is done. Its understandable if you had line up but Im the only customer at that time..

Stopped by for a snack, they have a 3 pc with fries for $7.99 perfect size! The 3 pc I got was very well made and fresh, pieces were not greasy! Breast, wing & thigh all tender & still juicy! Of all the fried chicken on the market nowadays...KFC still holds a special place in my tummy!!

Appaulled at the lack of customer service and rudeness of the management this morning. Yesterday my 89-year-old father wanted Kentucky fried chicken and wanted to treat me and my mom. He asked me four times to make sure we got gravy and I assured him that the gravy came with the 12 piece meal so he would get his gravy.Skip the dishes delivered properly but there was no gravy in the package we received. It took five phone calls to find the location of the KFC which was in the Willowbrook mall and skip the dishes gave me their number as I wanted to address this. I spoke to a woman and she apologized and offered that she would provide us a new 12 piece meal with a large gravy to compensate for the error and I was happy with how she handled things and she told me she would be in today and that I could come down at 11:30 and pick up the new meal.As I was running late I called the location to tell them I wouldn’t be down until 1230 and the gentleman that answered the phone was not a gentleman and hung up on me twice. When I finally did speak with him and he changed phones here for the third time hung up on me and told me that I missing gravy doesn’t constitute a free meal. I did not ask for a free meal but was offered one and then to have that rescinded Is appalling. I have ordered Kentucky fried chicken from the Abbotsford location and bought the CATERING pack which is $70 on a regular basis and have never had a problem but this lower than low establishment at this location Has angered me to the point that I will never order Kentucky fried chicken again. Gravy may seem small thing but in truth it is what makes the meal when eating Kentucky fried chicken so I choked down fries with ketchup last night that were dry and didn’t have the gravy to make the meal what it should’ve been and just felt disappointed all the way around. I will also be contacting head office because they need to know whoever is managing that place is going to put them out of business.

Amazing service thank you for such good food. Highly recommend eating at KFC Willowbrook. Staff are great and food is always fresh. See you again soon

Just ordered and I'm very disappointed. No smiles or hello from Kiran order taker, wasn't informed about my wait time. Instead she seemed to be interested in chatting with the female employee in the back. The employee in the back was chatting so much while packing my food. I honestly lost my appetite, think her saliva must have transferred on to my food. Wasn't given appropriate condiments. Horrible service avoid this location!!!!

They have coupons that they do not honor. The coupon expressly says present coupon when ordering. The woman at the window said that is for online only. How can it be online only when it says present the coupon when ordering? They are useless here. Drive the extra 15 minutes to langley so you don't have to deal with this place.

Cheats. I ordered a 3 piece meal and they charged me full price instead of the promotional price of $5.99 and when I questioned it after paying, they said they've already rang the till and can only refund the next time around. Unbelievable!

Dirty oil. I ate at the Willowbrook Shopping Centre mall KFC yesterday night at 5.30 pm.<br/>the chicken was old and darn brown in color from the 3 month old oil they use for cooking it in. the chips were also to oil and dirty from the oil.<br/>don't eat at this one bad bad bad

Its kfc. Nasty.

Now when I go to the mall & I'm craving fast food .i usually go to KFCs and get this it's pretty good :)

It's KFC... enough said! Tasty!
