Review Mcdonald's - Langley City

Can always count on the staff to get my order right. The friendly faces I see every morning are nice to see on my way to work.

ordered fries without salt and they gave me fries with salt instead. that happened twice in less than a week.first i ordered through mcdoapp i ordered fries without salt and they gave me fries with light salt.the second ,i ordered in drive thru as it was raining so heavy and i was with my kid,i ordered no salt fries, they gave me fries with so much salt .i had to go inside and get a new one. staff didnt even apologize.she just told me”i will give you a new one and it will take 2mins.”( even a kid knows how to apologize if they made mistake) but she didnt. worst customer service.worst mcdonald branch.

Ordered happy meal, didn’t come with toy(kid stands right beside me), instead of rechecking order they blame on the customer. Chicken nuggets come with happy meal spicy, my daughter spits out right away. Never visit this location again. Super not recommended. Ordered from McDonald’s for over 20years, worst location ever.

After repeating our order to us at the first window we paid waited and was told ok please proceed. We proceeded to the second window. They tried passing us a wrong order. Said that was not ours. Then I was told my order payment did not go through. I showed them the payment did go through on my bank app. Then I was told I was not charged enough. After I said the first girl confirmed my full order and payment someone who I assume was at least a supervisor started to make a fuss towards me and the girl at the window like I was a bother. Scolding a much younger co worker who obviously was new to the drive through in a blaming way in front of a customer is very poor behavior. Never mind making a customer feel like they are causing a hassle. After all that we still didn't get the right order.

I went today and this is the second time that I went to this location in the last month. Both times my orders were wrong. Last time, I ordered bacon egg McGriddle (checked the print out to make sure I didn't order wrong) and they gave me sausage instead. This time I ordered the same thing and they gave me bacon egg McMuffin. I thought the staff can put more heart to it. No matter what the pay is, how busy it is, it is your job to get the orders right. Next time I will stand in the store and open up the wrapping to check. I do hope I can see improvements.

This is the 4th time I've placed an order for just 1 coffee Extra large 2 milk I've received sugar in my coffee which I end up tossing out. Not impressed I did call and make a complaint as I was already in Burnaby before I could even taste the coffee I purchased Thus having to purchase another Please pay attention to orders Note to buyer Tast the coffee beforehand Signed SweetCoffee don't want.

Quickest McDanks around. Something about a busy location is just always better, even if the line is a little long, it actually runs better than a slow location. Beware exiting the drive thru, Tim's next door can mess it all up.

I got ignored after trying to be served in the drive through after ordering a milkshake and tea , got spoken to very aggressively by the staff. And my order was still wrong. Do better

Went to this location and was blown away by the customer service provided by the young manager. I received my order and it was wrong, not really wrong so I ate it as it was. After I was finished the young manager offered to take my tray and I just casually mentioned that the order was not accurately provided. It had been eaten and I stated "it's fine just wanted you to be aware". The young manager asked me the details of my order and immediately presented me with exactly what I wanted in the first place. Under similar circumstances at other fast food chains the younger managers will give a half assed apology and disappear not even trying to fix things with even a genuine apology. I was delighted to have Ben change my mind about young men in leadership roles.

Lazy. Every time I go in they get the order completely wrong which results in huge waste

Where is the love?. Every time .. and I truly mean every time I go there they never have apple pies . Ive lived in the area for 4 years and I go there at least 3 times a week .. i mostly go for a timmys coffee .. but I drive through there just in case they would have some pies. But nope ... never . If they actually had them I'd buy 4 .. 2 for each hand. I actually drive to A&W and buy their apple turnovers ... pretty good i must say....Maybe timmys should step up and make some damn pies! They have every thing else . Any who I'm done rantin about the lack of delicious pies.
