Review Tim Hortons - Langley City

I used to think this Tim’s was just a slow time Hortons in the after noon with two employees working the inside. But now it’s not just the afternoons it’s also the mornings the lack of attention the indoor customer receives is just absolutely horrendous takes 10 mins any time of the day to get a coffee if you walk in. 10 employees for drive through one for front counter. Also thanks for the non existing English muffin top

This tim hortans is offering free paper as an ingredient in the sandwich. The employees have zero sense to deal with customers. It seems they are frustrated with their job. This is 4th time in a row that i ordered and paid for food and beverage but ended up receiving something else . You guys need new staff/individuals who want to work with bit more zeal and enthusiasm.

They delay the drive through line to improve their statistics. Whenever you pull up to the drive through, unless you are only ordering one coffee, they will always says "just one moment I need to confirm we have that." and then they leave both cars at the ordering station until they have prepped their orders This often results in the cars that came in after you to be served before you if they chose the other line. I believe their service is timed from the minute the vehicle pulls up to the window (hence why they are rushing to give you your whole order before you can even put your card/wallet away). They choose rushing over good customer service.

The only reason for my rating is that I tried to charge up my cell phone on 3 different outlets and all didn't work. And when I asked one of the workers if any of the cell phone charging stations work she insisted that they all do and I tried to explain that I tried three and all three did not work but she still interested that all the outlets and charging stations are operational and working. So I wasn't able to enjoy playing my games on my cell like I enjoy doing while having my coffee when I visit Timmy's.

Staff kind of need refreshing on protocol. Like make sure the customer is done ordering before closing out the order. Dont try to hamd the customer their order before they pay or while they are in the middle of paying. Also try to make sure the food and drink isnt sloppy, i.e. sandwiches with the filling falling out or coffee with a busted lid.

Rating 1 star. Rating is based on my four bad experiences on this location. 1. Served Cold Coffee, even smells bad 2. Served old and cold Potato wedges 3. Asked for Bagel with Butter via drive through and they gave me Begal with cream cheese 4. Staff is all young girls speaking their native language even in front of customer, ignoring attitude, non professional attitude Only reason I went to this location is because it is very close to my home. I will definitely avoid going here.

Friendly staff, quick service, great consistency with my daily order. Couldn't ask for more 🙌 I would highly recommend this location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The drive thru cashier was super rude , did not put on the lid properly and spilled all over my lap , and asked what is taking us so long, then I pulled the cap out and showed it to her. And she rolled her eyes and said just go and said next order please. We just pulled out around 1:45 pm March 19th Saturday. That is not how customer service should be. I was never like that when I worked in Drive-thru A&W before so might as well teach or re-train your staff properly. Show some respect to the customers we are the one paying and we deserve to be treated well . She just ruined our afternoon! Never go to this drive thru if u don’t want to ruin your day!
